I pray that this very case should not die like that of our beloved Sushant Singh (late actor). Every govt. machineries seem to be trying to protect the culprits right from top to bottom. It would be a herculean task for the CBI to unearth the truth as almost all the evidences had been erased by the goons.
And what about cremation of victim in dead of night. There must be comprehensive policy to deal the rape victim cases free from political interference.

This is a complete failure of all governments and judicial systems. The usual bureaucratic malaise that affects all aspects of governance in India is the main reason. Zero accountability of officials and politicians. It is a failure of the Constitution itself as the issue is systemic and occurs widely to all levels of people. Indian Constitution and criminal codes are not properly written to govern the country properly. This is the root of the problem.

By STF, in this regard responsibilty of hospital need be ascertained and fixed by guide lines. Why midea is dragging CM Mamta ji. As a normal course if an officer can influence free and fair investigation, he is transferred, before making adverse comment or order against Commissioner principles of natural justice requires issue notice and hearing affording right to defend, Art.14 r/w 310 Constitution.
