It is sad the judge gave permission to the school building construction through the private passage in dispute. The builders are harassing the lady in distress to enter her house. Lastly learned judge was biased to say they are jains and are pais people. This is not correct. The dispute is between the lady in distress for rightful passage to her property. While builders were harassing her. Judge was biased in this case. Religion has no place in this case it's pure dispute of territory of property.

Why should the car be removed, but the chariot allowed to block the common passage! What justice is this?
How smart to use religious excuses to harrass a neighbour, a common citizen.
Why are such things allowed in the first place? The chariot was originally parked elsewhere. Why has it been brought to a residential area? Is it not clearly with the intent to harrass?
When the order has been given that nobody will block the others passage, why parking of the car is, an issue? The respondent can park an occasionally used chariot but the plaintiff cannot park their car?
It is unfair judgement to allow a chariot used only occasionally to be parked permanently in a common passage! That means the chariot is permanently blocking the common passage!
Why is a temple's vehicle being parked in a school that is in a residential area?
It only looks like malafide intent!
Why can't a person fight tgeir own case if they are capable of? Is there a rule that only an advocate can present a case?
It is common practice for judges & advocate to collaborate and unnecessarily stretch a case. I have been a victim of a case where it was prolonged for 12 years with no proper hearing! Advocates charge for every hearing, as do judges. Sometimes one or the other advocate is absent, sometimes the judge, leading to unnecessary delays!
High time fixed fees and time frames are put in place for judgements! There won't be pending cases in crores lying in courts with many dying before getting a judgement!
One goes to court to get justice. Is this the way justice is meted out? Is this real justice?
And the advocate charges for every appearance! Advocate charges per hearing are beyond many people's reach. It's more like a money making racket! High time the judiciary took cognizance of this situation and revamped the system to deliver real justice! If judges and advocates do not appear on appointed dates, they should be made to pay the party that has appeared for a hearing!
There is no prior information for absenting leading to a lot of harassment and inconvenience to the people! Often dates for missed hearings are not immediate, Unfair!
I am sure many readers empathise with my post.

    1. The authorities are so corrupt that they can change anything. General public has no idea of every property.
What is the need of a stupid chariot which cannot be parked in the premises?
"It is no more a heritage as it has been annexed by the authorities"! Really? Is it so easy to reverse the heritage of a property?
    They have
    2. What use is the advocate as can be seen. the advocate of the defendant doesn't know something.

When women appear in person, the judges behave politely when men appear in person the judges behave impolitely. Why is this so, I am saying this from personal experience. The judges should appreciate the courage of people who wish to defend their own case and send directions to the court officials to guide people in such matter. The Indian court system is rigid and without any doubt corrupt.
