I have mix of ice pick, round, box like scars on my face.
What should be used:
1. before stamping to clean and anything else?
2. after stamping?
3. daily after the stamping session?
Please recommend generic products instead of something that I can get only with a certain brand.
You can suggest the brand along with the generic product.
You can use a mild cleanser to wash your face before stamping, apply vitamin c serum or vitamin c cream like the one from Banish after stamping. These can also be used daily even on days that you're not using the Banisher.

How often should you use the device?
They recommended using it once a week.
Don’t use it genuinely save ur money. I had it done professionally and it made my scars worse. Spend ur investments on a co2 laser and phenol peel
it is nor recommended to manually use a derma pen better go to a medical practitioner to prevent further scarring

Should you moisturize after micro needling?
They did recommend moisturizing after using the banisher. You may use the vitamin c creme as your moisturizer.
How long does it take for you to see results with it?
Results may actually vary from skin to skin. For some, they saw positive results after a week of using Banish while others saw results after 3 months time. Some even longer than that so it really depends.
Can't recommend this after I personally tried. It's better to spend the money with a professional.

No need for anesthesia :) I use it once a week without any medication of some sort. Just make sure to apply light to moderate pressure only
