in One number away, luke sings about break up, when the girl finally goes to call him back she gets killed in an accident. this song being the sequel has that line "she follows me"
Luke Combs is for everyone. Love his music so much. He can make you cry, laugh, be happy, sad, and make memories run wild in your head. The man is awesome.
He is really great. You are an absolute pleasure to watch. Your appreciation of music, your sense of humor, your energy, your cool comments are a wonderful way to start my day. Thank you!!😊
Luke was working as a bouncer at a local bar. They had an open mic night & he asked the manager if he could give it a try singing. The rest is history. Down home, laid back genuine guy.
You are so right about Luke, He's a genuinely laid back kind of man and that is one of the main reasons everyone loves him (in my opinion) He isn't high maintenance. He isn't snobby because he's got money and fame. He isn't about the amount of things he can get from his fans, he truly loves his fans and he's amazing for it and we love him so much more for it. Him and his wife, Nicole still live in a 2 bedroom home. They have one son right now and have another on the way and he talks about how when he grew up he shared a bedroom with his sister and low key enjoyed it and that their new baby will share a bedroom with them until they move the new baby in with Tex (their brother) I've noticed in a lot of the lives he's done, or the laid back homey vibe videos he's done, he's literally dressed in the same kind of clothing. T-shirts, mechanic type looking tops and ball caps. You do see him dress up for awards a lot so I feel like in your short amount of knowledge you have of Luke, you pretty much hit the nail on the head. In a recent concert he put on there were two boys in the audience holding a sign saying that they gathered and carried a bunch of wood for their dad or someone to earn the money for his concert and used Luke's lyrics to one of his hit songs and it was so good, but Luke stopped and acknowledged their hard work, gave them back the money they paid to get tickets to his show, signed and gave away merch to them and everything right in the middle of his concert. It was amazing. He's also one of the very few that has tickets cheap, because he said he can't see charging outrageous prices like most do. He will forever be top 5 in my book and that's all time favorite singers, not just for country

Luke Combs is one of the best male country singers and just about every one of his songs goes to number one. It’s worth diving down this rabbit hole because he has some great music. Side note: my Daughter went to high school with his Luke’s Wife :)
I saw him play an acoustic set for about 150 people, he's REALLY good. Check out he and Ed Sherran do the song called "Dive" and it's only available live. SO SO GOOD!! Luke doesn't have a bad song.
Britt please do Luke's When It Rains It Pours I know you do live versions for reasons that we all know. The official video is amazing even if you have to cover it
Please do Luke's.... WHEN IT RAIN, IT POURS. He tried out for The Voice, and they said he wasn't good enough. Now he has won Entertainer of the Year, and has platinum records.
you would love his 4 songs for his now wife: beatiful crazy, loving on you, better together (live only no video) and the song he sang at his own wedding reception for his wife Forever after all
Ryan Upchurch helped him break out with Outlaw. Then Luke had cancel culture hit him because the rebel flag that was on his guitar in the video with Ryan. Luke's people asked Ryan to take the video down as Luke was saying he was sorry. Upchurch told them no.
Britt my friend -- love yer reactions!!! Girl -- Lets me tell ya ----> I've heard others say very similar things on "reactions" to "Country", wondering if or would like to hear "this person" do other genres (ie rock, soul/r&b/pop... ). I do know ya like Country btw!!! Personally, I'm country through and through (always have been!), traditional/classic (and when it's mindful of and delivered that way) - not what is called country of today (modern)!!! 99.44% of all "Country" performers can deliver on (most) any genre!!! Country/Bluegrass/Folk can and do (at times) turn it up a lil bit and switch around; with nearly any instrument they yield at the time (lol, they've already done it)!!! The Gentle Giant, the late great Don Williams once said during a performance on a request if he thought he could do such-n-such song ..... His reply: I'm Country, I can do anything!!!! < and it's True!!! Not always the case vice/versa = other genres to or vs country ... some/few can successfully... the delivery/sound lacks!!! OK, I'm done now Be Safe
You've got to do his song, "When It Rains It Pours". But you need to do the official video, it's funny AF. In the video, the Hooters girl is his wife IRL.
The guitar follows him around. If you stop the video, you need to run it back at least 5 seconds then start it back up because your missing a lot of content and meaning of the song.
I used to love watching your reactions, but lately you just keep talking and not reacting......it takes two rounds of commercials to get through a video......sorry but won't be watching any more
He sounds just like he does on radio as in person phenomenal singer definitely one of my favorites

Not everyone loves him
And he has a talent for writing and picking songs that people can identify with on a strong emotional level.
@@elijahgentry_they don't have to. I love him enough for all them.

"When It Rains It Pours" and "Beautiful Crazy"! :D
I love Luke Combs music. In this song, I think he is talking about a woman and the guitar itself. One of my favorite songs is Forever After All.
Britt please do Luke's When It Rains It Pours I know you do live versions for reasons that we all know. The official video is amazing even if you have to cover it

I really love your ability to appreciate all genres of music. Your videos are wonderful! I listen with a cup of coffee in the morning. 😊
Luke's duet with Leon Bridges of "Beyond" is amazing!! The R+B you are talking about.
I enjoy hearing Lukes music. Being from Western NC myself it's nice hearing my accent in songs. Makes it sound better when I sing along. 😆
Can't imagine how the voice turned this guy down. Lord how many more great ones have they missed.
I totally agree with your reaction Britt 😊

I only see one reaction for Luke here? You need to do Lovin On You, When It Rains It Pours, Beautiful Crazy. Any will do.
Britt, a great song by Mr. Combs is "Must've Never Met You". Try it.
You've got to do his song, "When It Rains It Pours". But you need to do the official video, it's funny AF. In the video, the Hooters girl is his wife IRL.
You should react to his cover of “Fast Car” by Tracy Chapman

Well you’re easy to look at

I don't she gets any song. Literally the lyrics. He cheated on his girl. How can she not put stuff together. Is she slow. No offense
Stop right at the best parts of the songs. I know exactly when she's going to stop the vid.

Nice job misinterpreting the song 🤡
