That’s crazy! I actually did the burning of obsessive thoughts that your therapist recommended at the start of 2022 I think. Even made a video! I used a metal pan to burn the pieces of paper 😅! It was so healing ❤️😌. I should do it again! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏿!

I have been journaling for close to 3yrs now! I totally and completely understand the importance of letting go even if the other person is not even aware of your pain and sorrow ☹️.
It has been very rewarding being able to release all that.

Thank you Cathrin for your inspiration on people doing wrong to others. I would say 2023 was the MOST WORST year in my life and I appreciate your advice and I took the advice my mindset has literally changed and now it’s almost impossible for me to go back to the “Why to me?” mindset! To put it short, I would say this was the WORST YEAR financially and socially for me. Thank you for this video🎉🎉🎉🎉

beautiful therapy exercise... i personally write out my "manifesto" and then record myself talking to myself... listen to it everyday, feeling like I'm listening to a good friend telling me how amainzing my life was haha works wonders for subliminal manifestation.

You have no idea how much this hit me!!! It’s so crazy that I just bought a journal that says on the cover “it’s okay not the best okay! Just keep going.” I’ve never journaled but I liked the cover. The stuff that you said about forgiveness is for yourself and writing it all down is something I’m going to try to do. I’ve had the worst year of my life I feel. I lost my dad and I felt my life fell apart. I’m ready to get my life under control and find a new happiness. To keep his memory alive and find a new happiness I know he would want for me. Thank You for helping me take my first step!! Happy New Year! May God bless your family ❤

Flying first class is amazing and a mental game-changer. I also love going to the lounge, even though those are much busier than they used to be.
I have never actually used the lounge 🫣 maybe that’s something I gotta try in 2024!
@@CathrinManning I've only used Delta. But a heads up, they don't do day passes. One year I bought a year pass and most recently I got one of their credit cards.
Thank you needed this so much❤ I watched my son grow up this year which was amazing but without his dad I hope that changes in 2024 and have my fingers crossed that happens . Enjoy your time with little one it flys so quickly trust me on that one you will look back at vlogs of him tiny and think when did you get so big? But your going to have so much fun with him .

Oh my goodness! So after watching this video, I was writing me letter from my future self and had just finished writing about one of the things that 'happened' that would be a dream come true, when I got a message on Instagram from my fav band (I had asked them if I could interview them for my YT channel for a NYC trip I am planning fron Australia) saying the would absolutely do that for me!!!! I squeeled like a girl and jumped around in shock and excitement!!! I had literally only just finished writing about it, I didn't expect it to happen that fast! LOL SO excited!!!!
