I agree! I didn't grow up with the series, so I don't have that frame of reference of the 'glory days' but looking at "New Players" as a User group might want more variety than Arena. PvPvE, Raids, ODST dropping in and Extracting Intel, and Invasion with playable elites, and hopefully a Star Wars Battlefront type gameplay mode would be ideal. Play as Grunts, Jackals, Marines, ODSTS, Spartans etc in Obj or Slayer gametypes. Keyword: Variety. Getting HALO to a point where the core audience is satisfied and feels right sharing HALO with their peers and connections, Then building upon that to add more people. Core HALO gameplay design principles, Golden Triangle, etc but with a variety of game modes to expand once every core aspect has been done. There's something HALO has to appeal to many people, even vehicular modes like Flight stuff and Racing I got into Halo when MCC got ported to PC, and I've been playing Infinite since the flights.
Yes it can. The only reason I downloaded Infinite was because of Firefight, and ever since then I got into halo again, even buying the MCC and Heroes of Reach battle pass. I plan on buying more cosmetics down the line but it certainly brought my bud and I to a new game to play!
The answer is no. They have no social features to encourage bringing people. No pre or postgame lobbies to talk, can't join is groups through custom games browser, gamechat is turned off by default, and no proximity chat.
The reason they really can encourage new players is because there is no post game lobby. Thats the most toxic feature ever. Pre game lobbies aren’t a big deal at all, and they have more than enough ways to get new players
@@SHDWPN toxic? You sound like a soft man who can't handle the occasional trash talk. Best people I met were in the post-game lobbies talking some smack, then we partied up togetther.
Although some new weapons would be nice I think an order for Halo to be good again campaign content needs to be added now we all know this probably will not happen it's more likely they'll just make a whole new Halo game when they do in order for that campaign in the game to be successful you have to have contact and what I mean by that is that Halo Infinite's campaign is very lackluster there weren't many objectives in the campaign I mean Halo Combat Evolved had more objectives than Halo Infinite I don't know why they have problems coming up with objectives for these campaigns
@@grayjedi-117 I was genuinely gutted when they said they weren’t working on it. Because I’m sure they said that there was going to be dlc for the campaign 🤷🏻♂️ they really did fuck the launch of the game up didn’t they.
Overall I think they get a small boost from adding things like new game modes and more interactive lobbies like pre and post game chat... but for me I think the e-sports side is what will gain and keep interest. They need to make stars out of the competing teams and the players. HCS can be even bigger. Maybe pay closer attention to the licenses like the TV show and treat those properties like actual, high value content. Stop disappointing current fans and give them what they want first... if they like it, they'll drag everyone they know into it, talk about it, make videos etc. Adding lore via additional campaign story could only help IMO. There's a world of content already available via the books. Tap into that. Honestly they've been overthinking it.
No . SBMM and dsync still ruin this game . All the fixes and the features added to get the game to this point SHOULD of been there at LAUNCH ,facts . The campaign was poor at best the PvP has been atrocious. The new management and moving to unreal 5 engine and a new game ASAP would be best. Add a BR with the next title and a COMPLETE game that’s campaign, pvp and pve complete and that halo game would be massive with a customer base that would make it a top title on all the charts for a long time and a huge financial success too.
Thanks for watching! Let me know what you think of the video and if you agree or disagree!

I will say for sure that firefight brought me back
Totally understandable

those are very much needed
@@SHDWPN i think the potential positives outweigh the negatives like looking at battlebit, but I see where you're coming from
Just a heads up. They did a fix that allows you to join Custom Browser with a fireteam

All we need now after Firefight is Warzone
That would be cool. There might already be something like that in forge
It's a rough road ahead for halo infinite but we all expected this
Very true. Thankfully things have improved recently
I just want currency to be earnable through challenges and passes
Absolutely, that would be welcome

This. Totally agree. It's such a shame we didn't get campaign dlc

I think so!
Campaign dlc or part 2 or something 🤞
Yes, that would be awesome!

@@sandman8920 Same, especially with the cliffhanger ending. Such a missed opportunity

Definitely, they still need to focus on satisfying their core community first. If they aren't happy that's a huge issue
Yo what map is this??
If you're refering to the samurai map that was from the Tenrai event but its a forge map

They are working on the networking but changes to sbmm and the others that you mentioned would be great
