Definitely not.. no.. the finish menu tastes like cooked glue tick and sticky.. but it carries a real look like oxtails.. very rubbery and mostly thick bones...l love the gravy more than the skin..
Not a favorite of mine.. Way too much fat.. and l'm a high cholesterol person.. so l have to stay away from stuff like that... very popular in Jamaica restaurant..lve eaten it before.but it's the gravy l like
Use gloves when seasoning meat. Even tho you are not cooking for me, your audience may think it's ok to do that. What if they just used the toilet and did not wash their hands.
What does that have to do with the poster? Usually island people not cooking with gloves unless they're working in a restaurant. Providing we're using our washed, clean hands that should be sufficient when preparing meals at home. The audience can use their own discernment to know what method is best for them when cooking.

If I don’t have pressure cooker how long does it take to cook? About 4 hrs for it to b tender?
Heyyy it all depends on your cooking time but you can check in between 2-3 hours until tender.
Well done
Thank you so much for the support✊🏽
Is the meat from the hoof up (shin) or the actual hoof? Looks wonderful and want to try it.
It’s actually the foot of the cow that cut up into pieces. Yes from the hoof up. It’s really good, gummy and flavorful. I promise you’ll enjoy every bit of it! Thank you so much for watching I’m glad you enjoyed it. Much respect ✊🏽
It's gelatinous. But delicious
The jelly is natural collagen, same as cooking chicken feet, which is great for the skin, hair, nails, and other parts of the body.
@@chrisper94 dang I didn't know that

Weh fi mi deh??
In the pot of course
What if you don’t have fish and meat seasoning?
Use oyster sauce.
Turn ur hand mek fashion and add ur own stuff to make it taste good ❤❤
if yaa use real onion and real garlic you don't need the onion and garlic powder
One is powder and one is the original. Two different taste and flavor.
Pimento seeds is just a spice, not a tenderiser.
I not cooking it the long way like this. Use up too much gas or electric. I will pressure it after searing.
Pressure cooker works well
@@davidandJody Yup. Just have to sear it first.
My mommy would make it with cock soup and dumplings i wanna learn how to do it
To much cooking oil
Looking really lovely well done 👍
Looks gd
Thank you
Excuse the spelling should be cowfoot
And that’s how I spelt it.
Too much ingredients as you can brown off the cowfoot first as it cook
Cook some conch
Got you!
Over kill
TOO much powder season
A farin u deh,y yah go so strang pon d pronounciations
When you browning you need space she had waay too much in their at a time all the pieces need to be browned individually it will be better that way
Unu nuh know nothing bout cooking yet. Unu use one million ingredients, think a so people cook.
