Yule Traditions: Gilding The Tree With Gold Tatted Lace Ornaments

There is always a bit of gold on my yule tree. It's something I have done for ages, without really considering why; something I think many traditions have in common. But as I reflected on the roots of my beliefs, it became very clear why this is a Thing. And now, I can honor this tradition with intent and purpose. This year I'm tatting lace ornaments with gold thread and copper beads. (Bonus content near the end- reading an original poem.)
