Car? No! It is a bicycle-Quadvelo by Katanga! Rain-snow=no problem!

I am amazed that i find Quadvelo - bicycle on 4 wheels covered! This bicycle can change the future of transportation...as I was always looking for a bicycle which is closed and you can use it when is rainy or snowy and you have enough room for you and your shoping or a kid!

For me too! And that is the only quadrocycle which you can buy like that...it is not prototype and you can test it and drive it away from Czechia or Hungary at least what I know...
