Good project - would it have helped to degas the urethane in a vacuum chamber before pouring to get rid of the bubbles? TY

Thanks, you know that is an interesting question and I am not sure. The pour itself was bubble free, the bubbles showed up as the urethane cured. We do have a degassing chamber, I may give it a try on a test piece. Thanks for asking.

@@FiberglassSupply Sure, thanks for putting out these videos. It is interesting the bubbles showed up during curing and not during (or previous) to the pouring. I have used Smooth On products and found them to be very good. Maybe their tech folks could help out with some advice? TY

Hello I live in Brazil and I would like to know what are these products that you use to make the edges of the board, what material are these red ones?

We used a pourable urethane resin to do the rails, however on boards we did after this we used epoxy resin filled with 3M bubbles.
