i love your videos and i have one question: is it okay for a 15 year old boy to run half a marathon? (my 5k PR is 13 min).
Yes, it is fine to run a half or even a full marathon as long as your training has prepared you for such unbroken distances, but I am regretful to inform you that your 5k pr is most definitely not 13 minutes, as that is a world class time such that would not be out of place at an internationally represented event.
