It really takes no time for horses to cotton on to things if there is something in it for them. I do a few days prep work first. Good behaviour around food and gage what things they like and don’t like. This pony had been stopping all the time with the child then the child is told to push her to jump then the pony over jumps and the child pulls her in the mouth when jumping so it’s just a down Ward spiral. She’s a great kid and as soon as I explained this she’s has worked so hard on her balance and now they are going great guns
I've watched some horse training videos I admit you are the best I really like how patient how much time you take in understanding of the horse I admire everything you do thank you so much for not rushing the horse but to learn about the horse thank you for sharing this beautiful video and helping learn that it just takes patience I wish you the success and support of your work ❤
Thank you very much for your comment it is very kind. I am not perfect but I really do try and feel it from the horses perspective and I want to share what I do as lots of people just don’t know it’s an option because we are taught to be tough on horses from a young age ❤
Honestly I don't know anything about horses I don't own any, like I've said I watched a couple and like I said in my opinion your the best because how patient and understanding of the horse and not in a hurry, I hope others whom are horse owners or horse training will take heed to your methods in the long run it's a beautiful relationship between owners and horses.
