Ya, Territory was shot in Algiers, the capital of Algeria in ancients streets "Quba", it tells the story of an Algerian coming home after a long while and meet his parents and friends.
The choreography part was just PERFECTION! Especially that scene between "the boys in the hood" 🙂. Every beat was in great sync with the lead actor's hand movements, boxing style!

It opens something very deep inside of me, it gives me access to buried feelings and longings I struggle to express but they flow all of a sudden through their absolute perfection, rawness and authenticity of the portraied people and situations which we are allowed to witness paired with this energetic sophisticated sound. It's truly mind blowing. Even the documentary has me in tears.

I would label this documentary "Introduction to Living a Life" and make it mandatory for all future generations to watch as part of the regular education and their exploration of the world.
