Thank you for making me feel so good…..😊. I bought my first Cole Clarke 4 years ago…Angel 2 Bob Spencer….and since bought a little lady…..got rid of my Maton….Love the woods and the pick ups. I play through an AER compact 60 2.
Great review of the range boys, just feel cole clark guitars in general sound so much better when plugged in as opposed to acoustically.Just my two cents.Cheers!
My fl1 of many years unfortunately had a rib come unstuck and at the luthier's we looked inside and were both surprised by the excess glue everywhere. Surely a quick wipe around wouldn't have taken long!
The CC12, I've got one. A 12 string, not shown here. It sounds great, actually amazing. Ive got Gibson J200, J45, maton 808 Custom, Takimine, But the CC12 has the stupidest wide neck in history, impossible to play unless you have 8 inch fingers, it's 50mm at the nut, it's way too wide. String spacing is important, but playability is way more important. Maton ,Martin are way easier to play and also sound great. What the hell were they thinking? I've played acoustic professionally for 31 years gigging all over Australia and cannot play this thing, my band mate also same, he thinks it's too wide. We played his Maton, so much easier and more enjoyable. Pitty, because they sound great and are wonderful Aussie made guitars.
I've got a 2007 Cole Clark fl3. The intination on the 6th E string has become terrible and I don't know why. Looking in the sound hole, the glue is terrible. Squeezed out in bobbles all around. All in all it's a very sloppy job. From the beginning this guitar has been hard to play. Ive been playing for 41 years and when I got this one brand new , the pick ups were the best I had ever heard in an acoustic guitar, so I bought it for a heafty price.I was taken in by its beauty although I hate the 2 step grover machine heads, which are dulling. They lowered the action at the shop I bought it via the truss rod. It's still high and heavy to play but hey, I learnt on a 12 string. I have a very old Yamaha and a very old ibanez and both play easier and better than my fl3. The fl3 has better sound. Heaps of low end....just waay harder to play. I have had many electric guitars and have 2 Vai white Jems. One signed by satch and the other by malmsteen. Got another ibanez RG style cheepy. Cole Clark guitars come under enormous fire from luthiers as they have many faults. And the finish when looking with an inspection mirror inside the sound holes is commonly appauling
Agreed as well. I have a mate who owns an FL2 and it sounds stunning plugged in but absolutely awful unplugged. Unplugged it's easily one of the worst sounding acoustics I've tried and this video just emphasises this.
❤Thanks for showing them all. I ended up with an Angel 2 .. Love it.

Very informative! Well done, guys!
whats the difference between the angel 2 and the angel 3 thanks
Not one 12 string shown! : (
I'm interested in the Angel body shape. It looks like it is similar to the Martin GP shape, but deeper. How deep is it?
18:09 Pinball Arcade theme?
Pinball wizard I think. 😎

Why do Cole Clark put the pre-amp just where you want to snuggle/lean into the guitar. It's really poor placement.
Thanks for the walkthru.....my fatlady is in being serviced as we speak....

You guys sound like you're full of it.
Well through 2 series let hope the 3rd does it. Cuz i didnt like any so far. Nope; pretty dont make a guitar. Not for me.✌🏼
Way better than a Keith Urban guitar🤣
Yikes are these guitars not to my tastes. Lacks the woody body and warmth of tone that an acoustic should give.
Agree 100 percent.
Agreed, but they do shine when plugged in!

Very disappointed in the fit and finish in almost every aspect of this expenses guitar.! Buyers remorse for sure. Unplayable till i took it to a shop.
