    Thank you for sharing this. I would love to hear your take on training volume, intensity and frequency for the legs and glutes. How do you intelligently cycle amongst these three variables for best hypertrophy and the least amount of systemic overload (e.g. Inability to recover, cortisol build up)? I’m also not on PEDs so have to depend on natural recovery and best practices (proper nutrition and sleep). Would love to get your take on it as i recently heard a podcast where it was reported that the Brazilian wellness competitors trained their glutes 5-6X per week. I can’t imagine recovering from that.
