Aw that's sweet of you to say. Ya know, I started this channel way back in 2006, so it's been a veeeeery slow process to even get this far. But let's not kid ourselves - the people who have really big channels have earned it big time. They hustle and work their butts off to produce content on a constant basis. Aw that's so sweet of you to say. I'm glad you appreciate them! Yes I am definitely planning on adding more modern houses to the pack and updating the pack on Nexus. Right now though I'm working on a MASSIVE POI project which is the Overlook hotel from The Shining. I'm also working on a skyscraper. So I will probably focus on those first. Also waiting for A21 to drop and see what kinds of changes they bring. Will most likely need to do fixes and updates to my packs when that happens, we'll see. As for now - yes they should work normally.
Hey Vanessa! Before I respond, it would help me to know whether you followed the instructions in the description? In other words, have you downloaded the pack from NexusMods etc?
@@vanessamcgregor3948 Oh I see, I've never used Vortex myself, so I don't know how that works. I usually download the packs and do the rest manually and just follow the instructions. But coming back to helping you problem solve this: My next question is: does your LocalPrefabs folder contain the prefab files now?
@@vanessamcgregor3948 Using pre-generated worlds would not work because when these worlds were created back in the day, the game determined everything at that moment: what prefabs they would have, where mountains and lakes would be, how the biomes are laid out etc. So for a world to include these new houses, it means you'll have to generate a new world.
@@KatsPurr That is something I would definitely rip into a world for a playthrough. Just wanted you to know people are still thinking about your content out there :D
