    make your own tandoori chicken in otg it taste really awesome and you can make it so healthy usually I add 1 spoon of olive oil for one breast piece. don't use low fat yogurt it taste horrible

    I love Tandoori chicken. :-) I'm also a big fan of garlic and spinach Naan bread, lamb vindaloo, chicken curry, goat curry, lamb curry, lamb boti, shrimp curry, samosas, pakoras/stuff with chickpeas, etc., palak paneer, and all kinds of Indian spices-amchoor, fenugreek, mace, turmeric, etc.
    My favorite protein sources for foods in general are organic dark chicken and dark turkey meat, preferably without skin (chicken is my primary animal protein), high animal welfare rating or grass-fed beef (beef is #2)-tri tip, skirt, flank, chuck, sirloin, etc. steaks are just fine, tri tip is my favorite, wild-caught salmon, organic eggs (#3), garlic hummus (#4), high quality pork (#5), avocado, walnuts, cashews, peanuts and almonds. I try to watch bacon and sausages, etc.

    The biggest con you have not covered is the use of broiler chicken .. broiler have way lesser protein content . I reside in punjab and in punjab people usually say " broiler kha liya aur aalo kha liya . Ik barabar hai " .

    i recently came to know that chicken liver contains more protien, iron, vitamin B12, rich in vitamin A, VIT B6,etc ..etc..but here the bad thing is, it is very high in Cholesterol.
