First car(s) I ever bought was 2 240s and pieced them together to make 1 running car. Bought a Coupe and a Hatch s13 for $600 total and had to trailer both home. Trailered the rolling chassis home first then pulled the wheels off and put them on the hatch to get that one on the trailer after. I ended up selling them and getting another S13 with Silvia front end conversion and had 3 spoke Advans. 🔰 I miss those cars honestly. I always wonder what they would be now if I kept them over all the years... Now they are sooo expensive in today's market and I don't understand why... Wish I kept them just to sell in today's market honestly... I ended up with 3 240s for under $3000 15 years ago, I could have sold that Silvia for like $8000 easy in today's market and it wouldn't even need to run. They are so lightweight and like the video says you can put almost any engine you'd like in it and have the time of your life!! All this Reminiscing, I'm debating buying 1 or 2 again!! 😂😂😂
So one thing I've always wondered was where the name Silvia came from? Is that what S13 stands for? Cause the S15 is just a Silvia, not a 240sx if Im correct? I always figured it was just a chassis code or something
240sx is the USA version. Japan is a silvia. S13, s14, s15 is chassis. And other places were named 180sx and 200sx. Can indicate engine size. Early 180sx had a 1.8l engine but later were 2.0l. So not really a great indicator
Mission: Find a shell under $4k that hasn’t been smashed into a wall
Difficulty: Impossible
buy a hardbody instead, can find rust free low mile ones for less than 5k
Definitely will take patience to find one, but you can!
Took me 3 years but got a pretty good one
True I found 2 in the junk yard like 5 miles away from me.
Their smashed ofc…
There were two in my area last month. I had to pass on them. But it's not impossible
I miss the days of seeing a random 240SX parked in front of an auto zone with a sign in thr window reading "2500 cash OBO need gone" 😢
i really wish i was born earlier for this reason
Saw one selling for 10.5k💀💀 That crap had a poor quality body kit, broken taillights, and right door had a huge dent. 😭
Ouch
Inflation due to various reasons sucks
I've seen some nice stock ones sell on ebay for $5,000 a few months back. I bought mine in 2002.
Picked one up last year for $2200. Finally got it driving a week ago!
This is why I love this car
100% mod ability. The engine bay is super spacious too.
came here to fight anyone shit talking the single slammer KA 😤
We miss Alex!

20 years into them lol on number 4 after 10years of being away

Need for speed Prostreet and RYAN COOPER intensifies 😎👊🏻🔝🤣
They look best sideways
Can’t find any car that’s worth modding for under 10 grand and they are already modded to hell.
They are out there. just difficult to find.
Buy and remod it the right way
@@FitmentIndustries yeah, like 4th gen mustangs and pickup trucks 😂
But then again you'll find a decent one and do the same thing yourself 😅. That's the reason there's none left lol
One in Canada with 57k km and its listed for $25,000, looks mint though. I really want one but the jdm tax/markup people put are insane
It’s insane right now
I respect the S13 and S14, but the S15 is legendary.
Got mine in 2018 for $700 lil rusty but we can fix
Mine is STILL cherry and NOT 4 SALE
Agreed 💯
Song??
stolen dance

@@Mike-tz9fu Yep, depending the country, the same car can be named differently.
In France, it is on paper a "Nissan 200sx RS13"
FI took a month to find how to make content good again, but they did it. I don't mind the new style of content at all. 👍
Thank you! We appreciate it! 🙏💙
I don’t find the appeal I’ve come to appreciate ever body or company’s work i just still cannot see the wow factor to these
Anyone remember when nobody wanted these?
Thanks for putting out this video. Now I'll definitely not be able to afford one. 👍
❤️❤️❤️
It sucks. Seriously i own one. Owned many. Going to own more.
These are only nice if it has a 2jz or an LS
Buy one and do it then.
🤔
Idc his easy it is I’ll throw a different engine inside anyway
I cant fit in any s chassis with a helmet on, especially not with cage. Its not man size
Great car out the factory? Nope.
Great to modify as a platform? Absolutely 🫡
