Now that we are living in the horse capital of the world, we had to check out the horse races at Keeneland here in Lexington, Kentucky! And let me tell you, they take it serious! Watch as we try to look like we know what we are doing and see if we won big!

Keeneland is a running inside joke with my family. Visiting Keeneland (off season) was part of my honeymoon. However, loving history and research as I do i really wanted to be at the library. So basically that is all we did that day and didn’t tour the track. My husband even fell asleep in the lobby while the librarian “left him in charge”. Forever since, my hubby’s standard line when the venue comes up is, “when did Keeneland get a track!?”
