@FestusJoseph-v5y It's unfortunate, that guy is giving wrong info....
I also don't believe indians own 70% businesses there
@@FestusJoseph-v5y It was initially targeting indian since it offered only GCE and Cambridge, but now with significant reduction of indians population, it should be multi racial. There was one called Kisumu international school which later changed to Brookhouse that was 90% whites. There is Mudasa in Tom Mboya which is also international. By 90s Kisumu Milimani was almost exclussively Indian. Not the case anymore since since there has been arise in black middle class in Kisumu. I was around when Lolwe started.
@@FestusJoseph-v5y One thing about Kisumu is that it probably has the best public primary schools in Kenya.
Most of these kids know little about Kisumu. Victoria park was called asuch because it was close to victoria primary. Its name officially has always been Jamhuri park.
In South Africa the Khan surname is for Indians
Once again, your research is wanting. I have noticed that your interviewees are somewhat clueless.
Very litle trafick in kisumu almost zero
Blue is for Blue economy.
2024 only Indian schools Kenya come on smell the coffee
It can never be 70 all those business shops you are crossing along the streets are not indian owned you can see,bt i must say they contribute alot say 20 -25 percent 70 is a big lie
What are you doing giving glory to Indians for how Kisumu is? No offence here but be careful. The Luo love people so Indians may feel welcome in that city from what I hear. However, Kenyans are complaining that Indians do not pay the blacks well, there are discrimination claims. Please check other bloggers etc.
So do blacks pay blacks well.?? Your worst enemy (Ruto and Co) are all black ... Use your head 😂
Most of them are racists
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Why Uganda still hate Indian?😢
Why Indians practice caste system against dark peopl?
Population of Indians in Africa 3 million . More Indians in US(5million) than in entire continent of Africa . Africa continent . India Country . Africa 12 times larger than India with more resources .
Population India 1960, 450 million .
Population Africa 1960, 285 million .
Population India 2000, 1.1billion .
Population Africa 2000, 820million .
Population India 2023 ,1.41 billion .
China population 1.4 billion .
Population Africa continent 1.46 billion in 2023 .
Some countries have a history with Indians , Some don't e.g South Africa 1.3 million Indians . Mauritius ,Tanzania, Kenya Indians etc . Less than 4000 Indians in Rwanda .
India the size of DRC Congo . Today India population 1.45Billion,DRC Congo population 110million .
@@papd3532 Man, if DRC could get its shit together, build its police and military for security, educate its population and harness all its resources it will be a country to envy. I pray one day it prospers, sadly not in my lifetime. The corrupt african politicians are here for many generations to come, they hate african development for sure, holding the continent back for their own richness.
About jalaram he dint get it right, there is no indian only school in kisumu or hosiptal
That guy is lying! Kenyan Indians in Kisumu did not come from Uganda. Got back to school!
IN the grand scheme of things, they really are not that important to Kenya's econnomy even though a few of them are doing okay.
Kisumu is so much beter than eldoret
What a lopside history of Kisumu. Kindly note this for your record. The Indians in Kisumu did not come from Uganda. The Indians Iddi Amin chased went to Britain. The Indians in Kisumu are descendants of Railway builders who built the line from Mombasa to Kisumu. They are part and parcel of the Kisumu community and have been here since 1901 when the railway reached Port Florence. Tell that guy speaking pseudo history in confidence to get his facts rights. Ong'er.
Kenya is 1000% better, safer, more literate, learnt and advance than Uganda. Kenyan don't have that shitty thinking as of ugandans jealous of others. That's why Kenya is too much developed than UG. Accept hard facts.
Aga Khan is not indian, it's Pakistani, I dont know why people believe it's indian
India and Pakistan same people same ethnic groups just different predominant religion with India pre-dominantly Hindu/Sikh and Pakistan predominantly Muslim and different Nationalities .
Same way Nilotic Luo of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, DRC Congo, Ethiopia Gambella/Eritrea, Chad, Central Africa Republic, SUDAN/Lower Egypt etc ,same people different Nationalities .
Lawrence you ask your guests very relevant questions,,,you show you have a garb of what you do,,,being meticulous
