The autopsy report can't be made public until all of Nick's appeals are exhausted. But it's my understanding that things aren't what they seem. There were burn marks on the body. And cigarette butts found with only gypsy's DNA outside. There was bruising around the wrists- a pair of fuzzy cuffs belonging to Gypsy was found. If you've seen the crime scene photos- Nick has taken credit for 4 wounds and 1 gash on the neck. There's obviously a lot more than that. BUT there are 4 back wounds that don't seem to have any blood and a neck would that is the same. There's also 3 wounds in the neck. Not one. It's not the amount that is the only concern. There's also a slip up in one of the interviews where gypsy says Dan pushed her into the bathroom. Nick does what he does (the 4 wounds plus the neck- I believe this was post mortem because no blood) Gypsy is in the bathroom at this point shaving. I don't know if Dan is still here or not. Sonit was probably introduced into the body AFTER death. Also- if you look at the photos of the house- there's blood everywhere. Including the kitchen. Blood on a bag of flour. Gypsy brought home made brownies to the hotel after. That's where the infamous "he's eating a brownie" video came from. She also claims she never had sex with anyone until ryan. There is video evidence of her being with both Nick and Dan. 🤷 Nick's story has stayed consistent. Gypsy's has not. Another interesting thing he said in his interrogation "They better let me see Gypsy. I just want to hold her. We can go somewhere far away where they can't find me. Also, we are unaware of the complete nature and circumstances of her doctors appointments. She was terrified of her mother - the best way to control is by instilling fear within the victim and isolating them.

This is so disturbing. Kim Kardashian DID NOT take an LSAT exam, go to college or go to law school. So you all understand she DOES NOT have a bachelors degree or a Juris Doctorate (a law degree) which is a total of 7 years of formal education learning from the best professors and legal minds in the country. She is going the cheap route because California has weird rules on licensing attorneys. She can do an apprenticeship instead of having taken the LSAT, getting a Bachelors degree, and a J.D. and study under an attorney or judge. Then she has to sit for a baby bar exam and then the General California Bar Exam. She also has to pass a professional responsible test and the moral character and fitness application. California is only 1 of 4 states that allows this apprenticeship thing because it's frankly considered a joke in the legal profession. I highly doubt she will pass the General Bar Exam and even if she did these type of "apprentice" lawyers aren't held in high regard. This is the equivalent of a Medical Doctor getting a license through their boards without having done a bachelors in science or medical school and only doing 2 year medical residency. Would you want them doing your surgery without the degrees, time, skill and effort needed to become a highly skilled physician? No Law firm or government agency is going to hire her as an attorney because she doesn't have a bachelors degree or J.D. and being a lawyer is taken serious them as they wont risk her comitting malpractice and screwing up cases. This is someone who only has a high school diploma and studied under 1 other attorney and you're gonna trust them with your life, career or money in a courtroom?? For the record the Bar exam is nothing like the practice of Law either. Its just a general overview of the general law. Once you get out there into the real world of legal practice, then is when your law school training will kick in. Like I said you wouldn't want a doctor to who didn't go to med school to operate on you. I'm not knocking her for wanting to be a lawyer but how she's going about doing it. Getting a formal college education and a JD are necessary. Put the work and time in for 7 years like everyone else. This is more of the dumbing down of America and it's encouraging young people to be anti education. This is so disturbing. Kim Kardashian DID NOT take an LSAT exam, go to college or go to law school. So you all understand she DOES NOT have a bachelors degree or a Juris Doctorate (a law degree) which is a total of 7 years of formal education learning from the best professors and legal minds in the country.
She is going the cheap route because California has weird rules on licensing attorneys. She can do an apprenticeship instead of having taken the LSAT, getting a Bachelors degree, and a J.D. and study under an attorney or judge. Then she has to sit for a baby bar exam and then the General California Bar Exam. She also has to pass a professional responsible test and the moral character and fitness application.
California is only 1 of 4 states that allows this apprenticeship thing because it's frankly considered a joke in the legal profession. I highly doubt she will pass the General Bar Exam and even if she did these type of "apprentice" lawyers aren't held in high regard. This is the equivalent of a Medical Doctor getting a license through their boards without having done a bachelors in science or medical school and only doing 2 year medical residency. Would you want them doing your surgery without the degrees, time, skill and effort needed to become a highly skilled physician?
No Law firm or government agency is going to hire her as an attorney because she doesn't have a bachelors degree or J.D. and being a lawyer is taken serious them as they wont risk her comitting malpractice and screwing up cases. This is someone who only has a high school diploma and studied under 1 other attorney and you're gonna trust them with your life, career or money in a courtroom??
For the record the Bar exam is nothing like the practice of Law either. Its just a general overview of the general law. Once you get out there into the real world of legal practice, then is when your law school training will kick in. Like I said you wouldn't want a doctor to who didn't go to med school to operate on you.
I'm not knocking her for wanting to be a lawyer but how she's going about doing it. Getting a formal college education and a JD are necessary. Put the work and time in for 7 years like everyone else. This is more of the dumbing down of America and it's encouraging young people to be anti education. You will feel it when you see how low the quality of the work and skill is compared to someone with a formal education who put the time and effort into their work.
