In Arizona, typically a sexual assault will land you around 20+ years in prison. (Breast touching+fingering+genital penetration)If you closed the door behind you… that’s kidnapping so tag on another 10 years.
Recently i watched the police brief about the 5 hockey players in London Ont, and i have some basic questions. 1) Isn't there a separate law regarding group/gang SA? 2) If each player just got charged with a single count of SA, i guess that means they took turns instead of all at the same time? 3) I know the punishments are more longer and harsh south of the boarder. What difference in time would they get down there? 4 If all are found guilty will they ever play professional hockey again? 5) Is this the same case that got Hockey Canada in trouble with its sponsors? They paid her a bunch of millions of dollars at the expense of those donators? If yes, can she sue the players are individuals ?
Since we know that many cops turned a blind eye to rape rape is one of the lowest sentences in Ontario they say Oh it's a serious crime. Rolls House because of the cops they get off the hook. This is what infuriates me about Canada.
Can you please make a video about self defense in case of stopping an ongoing sexual assault. for example in my case, I am in a party with my girlfriend and someone sexually assault her (lightly or heavily), how forceful can I be in stopping them and restraining them before calling the cops?
My buddy Neil just confessed to sexual assault. He got caught red-handed on top of the girl by two police officers. I just curious what you might get for time

Can I charge a woman who constantly touches me in public without any move from my side? Or only men can be charged for this?

I’ll tell people three months because he’s got other crimes that he’s been charged with as well
