Just want to thank you for putting in the effort to record and upload. It’s only been a week since my, maybe(?),mental breakdown. For the first time In a very long time, I was broken. Destroyed. The whole of me collapsed one afternoon. One week ago. And I’m expecting my self to be better. Healed. To move on. I’ve been grumpy. Irritable. Hard to live with. A moody dad. Up and down. Compressed. Too stressed to connect - to check in with myself. But I’ve just been trying to make sense of what happened. What happened to me. My mind. My heart. My life. My foundations. My father. My wife. Always more love for my darling wife. I wouldn’t have made it without you. And my aero. My light. His joy. It’s Lifts me. And tiggi to come. Can’t wait to see you. To meet you. X. That’s what has Kept me going. I’m coming back even stronger after this. Just you wait and see what we will do. It broke me down. Now I’m rebuilding - something even better. Exactly like the house. Broken down. In need of repair. Bad energy gone. But it will take time. We will heal all together. It’s a funny intersectional of life. Some of the regular Roads in and around the town of Wollongong that I frequently use, are blocked off. Some of the utopian ideals and visions for my/our life are closed off at this point too. Ways of the past. We need to forge New paths to where we want to go. A new way through. You know this town in your heart now. You know your Truth in your heart now. You will find a way through. You always have. It takes a lot of work for me to relax!! So I have a rare day off with out family around, I needed some poetic relaxation tunes to have with a morning coffee and joint- a new found joy - Fionn’s Cala is still my fav album of his and top 5 albums of all time IMO. But I wanted a live set. Rare. I’ve seen him live in Sydney supporting Damien Rice. He walked on and off stage with a suitcase. I remember thinking. “Now that guy gets it. A true artist and performer”. Anyway, loving this this morning. Take care. H
