n the Qualli poll conferance Lando was right, it was "all driver", the McLaren wasn't the fastest that day and Lando pulled off the perfect lap! However, the McLaren was fastest on race day, so it's good to see how focused Lando's mind is on winning that prize only - he is an athlete, top of the sport...! You already tried searching “post qualifying conference” right? Whenever i had f1tv i initially thought they did not have the post qualifying conferences because they did not include it on the home page with the race and highlights. Whenever i actually searched it in the search engine, i saw they do post them and then the conferences for each race started popping up on my home page feed. I do not remember what i searched to find it, but if you pay for f1tv it should be available to you. If you do not pay then probably not.
Hamilton did have a Mercedes party mode back then. And a teammate who got calls like "Valtierri, it's James..." It's impossible to get to pole without a car to drive but the driver is the most important part if the car cannot make up for it. Besides that, Lando mentioned right at the start he got a slipstream. Sunday is a different day than Saturday though. Just ask Russell.
@@FrancisFjordCupola HIs teammates had the same car. "party mode" was nothing but some extra power they could use over one lap. Every team had it but merc engines made more power. When they banned it it made no difference as you could turn down your engine power until quali and turn it back down after quali. Party mode was more of a media thing

As far as I know there's been only a handful of times where Valterri was told to hold position or let Lewis pass and all of them because Lewis was fighting for the championship against Seb or Max. Most people would agree Valterri was treated with much much more respect in Mercedes compared to someone like Perez. But some mentally ill people like you pretend that Valterri was told to give position to Lewis all the time.
