Welcome or welcome back to my channel. If you're new here, my name is Jess and I love doing DIY, making clothes in a "simplybutpretty" way.
In today's video, I'm going to share with you how I transformed my old t-shirts into a trendy Halter top with 2 different styles.
To make these DIYs, please check out my basic information below:
Sewing machine: Merrit Joyful Sewing
Material: t-shirt in XXL size or stretchy fabric
My body measurements: 82-64-92. I'm 165cm tall and usually wear S size

The video looks great. However i tried following your two different videos and i found the garments i made are way too small --babey clothes. even though i increased the length based on myself (size 38). That was disappointing but not a reflection to your video or instructions. I would advise beginner people like me to be a little cautious. My humble advise, if i may, if you can offer a bigger size solution that would be also helpful.

Hello! Can i ask what is your usual size in T-shirt? because you're using double XL, how many did you size up? I am between Medium and Large in T-shirt so double XL is just 3-4 sizes up in my size... ^_^ i really love your channel!
I usually use M size T-shirt. But sometimes, it depends on the avai of the t-shirt I have or the type of the crop top I'm going to make
Noticed the new sewing machine! If you don't mind, what sewing machine was that Jess?
Yes, it's the one I usually carry when going to somewhere as it's pretty easy to move around. It's from Brother, called Supper auto-tension. Pretty standard sewing machine and have all the basic stitching you need

It'll be hard with the non-stretchy fabric as you couldn't wear it
What stitches are you using when making this
I used normal straight stitching
