If you are used to regular cookies, 3 Tblsp of honey may seem like a lot, but the result was not sweet at all. I might add a pack or three of stevia if I make them again. I also over baked them, as I accidentally made mine way smaller. Check them often as she directs!

I made it its delicious but I did not understand how much was the measure for peanut butter . Could you please speak clearly about the measurement. It was hardly understood. Thanks anyway !
Yes I started with 2/3 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of almond flour. You can add baking soda after adding flour. Sure I will show utensils in my upcoming videos most of the time I use very simple and easily available utensils.
Well, three tablespoons of honey would be about 35 grams of carb, but this would be for the whole batch. Depending on how many cookies you make - looks like they get about 10-12 - that could work out to as little as 3carbs a cookie. Now, if you substituted that for say, 100grams of mashed banana, or better still blitzed apple, that number of carbs goes down even further as the banana has about 23carbs and apple has 14carbs per 100grams. Hope that helps explain things!
*The cookies look absolutely scrumptious, and I appreciate that they are keto-friendly. Thanks for sharing this mouthwatering recipe!*
You are so welcome!
You can’t have honey on keto

Do you mean to start with 2/3 cup of peanut butter, and 1/4 tsp of baking soda? Please show meaning utensil if easier. Thanks!

Could you please tell me how many carbs are in one cookie?
Making for my grandson who’s not allowed any sugar
Glad to hear
I might use tahini instead
Did you try with tahini? Was it good??
@@AlbionRising not yet
I haven’t tried with tahini yet but I think it will be fine to use.
How can you call these cookies keto with all that honey added?

Bananas are also not Keto friendly.
So tasty and yummy MA. What will be the shelf life of these cookies?
I couldn’t not resist to keep the cookie for more than 2 days but I would say a week or 2 in air tight Jar keep them good
Peanuts were already roasted before grinding them to peanut butter texture, due to which cookies may be burned in 12 minutes time.
Honey should not be heated, so its not used in baking😢
Honey = NOT Keto
How is this keto with so much honey in it?
Honey is not keto. Not much in the recipe but still not really keto.
Honey is not keto friendly
Ok 👍
If they contain honey so they are not KETO anymore!
"Honey" isn't keto is it?
How much temperature 🌡️ set for oven too? As it's mentioned time but temp not!
It is 350F
Thanks
Honey is not Keto, I am sorry!

How can you use honey if it's keto
Truthfully, honey can not be used in Keto.
