Ernie Ford must have been a genius to preserve these treasures of history. Nobody except perhaps Bing Crosby had the foresight to preserve the orignials before they got wiped.
Funny thing on the Boston accent. Sitting with a group from various parts of the country, the subject got around to cars. The fellow from Boston chimed in with something about his "caa" and the fellow from Missouri came back with the remark, "I don't know about you but back home we milk our "caas".
these shows clearly demonstrate when the American Society was populated by somewhat educated and mature people that by today have degenerated into a adolescent spoil ignorant and totally spoil bunch of Brats. Hope their children turn out well!!!! By the way that Fairlane model I think it was a 1964 would go for ever, comfortable and really cheap to maintain I felt so Bad when my wife let her cousin drive it and sadly she crashed it and it was a total loss. Getting ready to go to Vietnam so I had other fish to fry but to this day I miss that car and going in it to the drive in Theater.
Thanks for these videos of now obscure, almost forgotten, TV shows of the past.

"The Ford Show" was named not for host Tennessee Ernie but for its sponsor, the Ford Motor Company.
