Heather has been a Registered Nurse since 1998 and became an Advanced Practice Nurse in 2010. She holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing and Masters of Business in Healthcare Administration since 2006.
She started her business Improve Your Tomorrow Health in 2018 because she saw there was a need to do more to improve health of patients besides prescribing medication. She started her healthy journey prior to this by eating clean and removing toxins from her home because she wanted to start having children and wanted to keep her animals healthy. These changes allowed easy conception late in life, healthy pregnancy and delivery, weight loss, improved health, and she also decreased her partner’s heart disease.
She strives to continue to help others do the same. She joined DoTerra as a Wellness Advocate and became a Certified Health and Life Coach. She also incorporates additional modalities with clients using BEACHBODY coaching for exercise, Lev-el Thrive supplements for energy, and Melaleuca for toxin-free home cleaning agents. Her journey continues for Certification as a Holistic Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner.
She offers programs and products in-person or online addressing the many issues of health in today’s world including sugar addiction, toxic life, immunity, and more. She loves helping mothers regain their health and confidence and then strives to help the family as well. A Healthy Mom = A Healthy Family. Heather has an energetic personality and is a lifelong New Jersey resident that enjoys her shore life and the outdoors.
