    Winter, completed!! Although this one was tough. I've done many of your workouts but this one the most challenging to date!

      Well done Ryan. The longer duration of jumping and short rest will push your limits. Take rest days and don't train through any pain I have made this mistake in the past and pushed too much. The key is to try to remain injury free well when you get older you think about this more hehe! 😜

      Glad to hear to had a great time.
      Fantastic workout! I had to push myself on the third round but got through it and beat my PB 😊.
      Will you be doing another workout program like your Fusion sometime this year?
      BTW, your hubby's moustache reminds me of a famous cricket player but can't remember his name 🤔

      Something to think about. Most of our dancing is done in the living room. Less pressure.

    Workout Complete!
    o 1.5 lbs. Muay Thai rope
    o Only took the 1 min. breaks
    o Completely gassed and need a nap

      AWESOME well done cause that's a heavy rope. Is the weight in the cord or in the handles? And I always nap when I get home from training especially after I have eaten as well 😴
