    I've also made one alike HHO generator. And because I haven't a powerful transformer,I can only electrolyse water at a electricity of 4.4 ampere, that can only make HHO gases at 0.8ml per second, about 6.5 Joule per second(W), not even match 1/4 of a candle(which has the power of about 30W as I learned).
    So I collect HHO gases in a balloon, and with a syringe needle in different diameter(I rubbed down the pinpoint, and winded it with some metal wire to help cooling down) , I could make various power of HHO gas-jet. Actually with a syringe needle of 1.0mm diameter(about 20ml HHO gases per second, 160W), I've got a 8cm long yellow gas-jet, which can readily cut the aluminum Coca-Cola bottle in few seconds. Yet with a 0.4mm diameter syringe needle which can achieve a 1cm long gas-jet(2ml HHO per second, 16W), although the temperature is high enough(it can melt a steel needle of 0.6mm diameter), but it can't melt the aluminum Coca-Cola bottle because of it's quick heat transfer.
    To make a 20ml per second HHO gas directly, it would need an amp of 100, that's not realistic at all.(Unless I separate those plate poles in many cells, and make a series circuit, than I may achieve it without a tremendous amp,and with a higher voltage in replace.This would be a lot of DIY works and take lots of space.
    I've experienced a explosion too. That happened in the 8cm gas-get experiment, when I was trying to extinguish the flame in water(which succeed readily with smaller gas-jet, and it also works with the 8cm gas-jet when the balloon was still full of gases, but it took seconds of time). It's because of low gas flow rate(the fire transfer rate of HHO is 10m/s, as I've learned. So I think It's better to keep the gas flow rate more than 20m/s for safety,) when the balloon became small and I stopped squeezing the balloon. That didn't hurt me, luckily, but I've got tinnitus for several minute.
    I'm a Chinese. In writing so much, I'm sharing my experiences(in stead of making video), and, haha, practicing English too!
    Thank you for reading. I'm going to use my 8cm HHO gas-jet to melt glass bottle with sodium carbonate in it, and see if I can make sodium silicate. Bye-bye!

    My first thought is strictly the pressure from both gasses. If I saw your container correctly, that top is flimsy and the type of thread is not designed for pressure if anything vacuum.

      In my opinion, it's not a terrible design flaw as "HHO" is known to self detonate at relatively modest pressures. Venting seems safer than some possible alternatives.

    With HHO Generators (electrolysis ) expect high amperage draws. Also if you use only a automotive type battery charger you must have a filtration in parallel with the HHO gen. Large electrolytic capacitor or just simply have a lead acid battery hooked up in parallel with the hho. Pulsating dc does not work well with hho gens.

    Do a series of tests for different jars, cans, lids, different leads. Do one series of tests at atmospheric pressure, and one series of tests vacuum if you are trying to show how to make from junk items and only some purchased items.
    I still have the questions about the so-called dry versus wet. Off the top it seemed a wet version is better for ease construction no less than proof of concept although as you know from the common materials aren't sufficient for high stress situations. A small stable bench or sedintary situation the common jars and lids will work. Otherwise you have to step up to steel junk and do some metal fabrications. I speak from some vaporiser construction both on auto and generator but the temperatures, vibrations, conditions exposed to in use, and corrosion problems will require improvements in reactor vessel for either fuel choice.
    So was the metal from a muffler heat shield or? Scrap yard or purchase. I wish I had even one person to work with me out here I would be so much further and they would have seen some of the shit being done and sickness developing from the building materials toxicity, plus had a chance to relocate by now and get some of my money back out the hides of this damned thriving murderous city. Send in a clean-up crew.

    though it does have 65 amps at 5v running through it!!
    i did test it with a needle hooked up the the gas outlet with a flashback arrestor and yea byproduct is a nice hydrogen torch!!
    it had no oxygen because that all was being consumed in the cell to convert the salt into NaClO3 then KClO3 by the potassium donor in sol.

    Thanks for the reply. I only got so far myself and know I am being blocked by spirit/ghost forces around me some mex, some nypd, some welfare recipients, some medical, some other. If you could sit in my thoughts and we reviewed my memory you could see some of the assaults on me to discredit and defame/ mischaracterise me. If strong you could see the live shit they do to me to make me fail. Then worse, you would realize we live in a kaste that is reverse and tangent engineered why we don't get to build what even our ancestors had paid for and is all off the shelf technology. I know it sounds tuff to believe, but you might be one of the lucky allowed ones and need to come and open the door for us to get back into ourselves. Try a vacuum version to see what the actual parameter changes are for disassociation. Run a series of tests to see which common available electrolytes, metals, plastics, jars, lids, gaskets to get an assortment for people with different material access with low dollar.

    You probably couldn't cut the can there was not enough pressure coming from the micro torch... I just wish someone would make a DIY PVC pressure tank with a reinforced steel cage on the outside of the structure to keep it from expanding of course the nozzle itself would have to be much tougher to withstand a good amount of pressure

    • @JeanDeBailliencourt
      @JeanDeBailliencourt  7 років тому +1

      +corgidog quirke yeah that's an actual problem since you can't pressurise hydrogen

    • @RandomScuba
      @RandomScuba 5 років тому +1

      Please don't try to pressurize the Hydrogen/Oxygen mix that is released as it can detonate explosively at 2-3+ atmospheres of pressure (even lower). You most certainly can pressurize hydrogen gas. In a direct current generator, Oxygen is released at the anode (Negative terminal), Hydrogen at the Cathode (Positive terminal). Capturing the Hydrogen alone will allow you to somewhat "Safely" store/pressurize it. If you're planning on going about it, or anyone else is reading your question wondering the same, educate yourself on the dangers first.
      Again, don't pressurize "HHO" from a homemade generator. I'd also advise against the use of glass if you're just starting out. Rapidly expanding things that are flammable and can self detonate + a sealed glass container that doesn't expand much can make you and those around you quite dead. Like your Uncle's prison cell mate, glass shards can be neat, just not when they're inside of you.

    • @likesrush
      @likesrush 5 років тому

      If it's truly Brown's gas, HHO, then it's stable if you vent off the H2 gas. This is because Brown's gas is heavier than air, HOHOHOHOHOHO, a 6 pair hexagonal chain. It's different than either hydrogen or oxygen. It liquifies at -178 C not -183C like Oxygen and much less for hydrogen.
      Anyway, I'm not sure the pressure. It's in the video linked below but a good ways into it. It's a great video but if you're short on time, look for the part where a guy holds a test tube of fluid. ua-cam.com/video/pa2sjMN8sMc/v-deo.html
      Good luck to everyone. Be safe but dare to break the so called "laws" of thermodynamics. And physics. And chemistry.
      But yeah, best not to fool with pressurizing THIS gas. This is a quick and dirty setup, but that's good. It's good to make the point.
      And, That's tin, not Al. Aluminum likes to react and make AlHO. I'm not sure this would. But that's why he uses tin or one guy said to try stainless. I thought I'd buy perforated metal and agitate the plates. Resonant frequencies??? If someone has read Meyer's patents or his wifes, I think it's in there, but if you know, please tell.

    Every single test blew up so far. Even with no real reserve in the second jar. I a. Thinking that one negative plate and 9 positives might reduce the oxygen levels. Or it needs to be pressurized with a spark arrestor. I could use it as is in a vehicle though. An old one. New ones would detect oxygen level with sensor and have no improvement. It would run good on only hydrogen supplement.
