    the most important leg tool , with your straight knee! at 3 min: ypu can kick with the whole foot. example: "push the pillar" movement. there, you lean forward, your bodyweight goes forward a bit. look it up :) otherwise, yeah, use the TEEP of the foot, thats the name, after al.... the teep is so versatile, so many style, just throw throw throw and enjoy it :)
