- This Series is a replication of how I built endurance on a stepper following this outline:
1. Initial Stage (First 2 Weeks):15 minutes every other day (Mon, Wed, Fri).
2. Transition Stage (Next 2 Weeks):Increased to 30 minutes every other day.
3. Second Month (First 2 Weeks):30 minutes every weekday (Mon to Fri).
4. Progression (Next 2 Weeks):45 minutes every day (Mon to Sat).
DISCLAIMER :Please note that I am not a trainer. I am sharing my journey on how I built endurance on the stepper. Remember to hydrate before exercising and throughout the day, and take breaks when you feel tired or unable to hold a certain position/ posture.
