Hi, what do you eat? Are you taking any supplements?
@@nomcebomaphanga91 in a nutshell I am mindful not to consume excessive sugar in whatever I eat. So I go for food that are nutrient dense and have low - moderate sugar content. No I don’t take any supplements because I eat nutrient dense food , all the minerals and vitamins I get from the food I eat ( green vegetables& fatty- protein rich fish like Salmon, trout and any form of meat as well as dairy, and nuts .

can u adjust the resistance on the stepper itself? like add resistance. you look great by the way your progress is truly and inspiration
@@Sandra-xz8be thank you . It depends on the Stepper you have . Some have an adjustment knob and by tightening or loosening it you can adjust the resistance accordingly. Others start out on big resistance and then as you keep stepping , the resistance lessens as the hydraulic heats up ( however it’s during this phase where you can also increase your pace ). I hope that helps.

Thank you . I store more fat in the glutes and thighs than in my midsection and I noticed the difference within 3 weeks . All the workouts I do for midsection are as they are on the video and in the stepper . The fat in my midsection began to go away as I lost the weight however it was more apparent there because I store less fat in the midsection than other parts of the body.
You look good. I have been stepping for about 6 weeks now. I am seeing some changes, but my mid section is my problem. How long before you noticed change in the stomach area? Did you do other tummy workouts to taget your mid section?
