Gorgeous 70 boss 302 she looks clean. But 41k is way overpriced for a clone. And the motor seems more like a 351 then an actual 302. This car should be going for 30k max.
Yup. Totally agree. Starts hard, and the little things wrong with it. It'll sell faster if you go through the car and fix all the small issues with it first. Then, make the video.
The way this car looks and sounds only serves to feed my love for Mustangs. Especially this era. For me the 69 Mach 1 is the best version ever built. But this 70 model is very close.
Back from Nam, in 1969 bought new 1969 Mach One 428, 4 Speed, Shaker. Window sticker $4,200 and some change.
That was some big money for back then !! A lot of muscle cars were being sold when you young guys made it home. Glad you made it back to the USA. I'm sure that car was a blast. PEACE from Philadelphia
The classic mach1's are my favorite with the shakerhood. The 69 428 mach1 is my absolute dreamcar. I almost bought a 1972 yellow mach1 351 for 14k but it had to many issues that I didn't feel like fixing. So for now I'm stuck with my 2004 mustang mach1 which was my first car.
@Fat Albert I have a high - end 1:24 diecast car of one of these. Accuracy is amazing. Definitely a nice muscle car. Sounds great !! Didn't know those rear seats folded down like a 2+2. That 302 sounds like a beast. Been a long time since I've driven anything that could smoke the tires. Had one at 19. 40yrs later I still haven't out grown it. There's nothing like that roar and smell !!! I'll be in one again before I'm in a jar in a closet collecting dust.
That color is grabber orange, I think It's cool. Little bit high on the price though.
Over all not a bad Stang at all. Sum blems ,but easy to take care of, the auto shifter is the same as it came with and yes those can ware out with time . The color, the stripes are nice in all. A little Armorall go's a long way for the stripes. For I do not think she was bone a Boss, but someone put her together very nicely and now she is a Boss. Love the Stang go for it.

She has a great sound! Wow. Gotta listed w/ headphones. Very cool. Not a real Boss 302 of course as those all had 4 speeds and the rear valence has dual exhaust emanating through it. VIN will decode what it is though but my guess is it's a J code. Nick didn't list it as a Boss so good on his part.
Even by the price one should be able to tell its not a real Boss.
Awesome looking and sounding stang. Love the 70 models style. For the same money one could pickup a 2010 to 2012 GT500 with decent miles and 540 to 550 HP. I am lovin this car but not willing to part with my Grabber Blue 2010 GT500. SS check coming in about a year then road trip to Maple Motors!
An insurance commercial came up, and they show models of cars that look just like this 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302, and then they cut the cars in half with a grinder. I thought that was interesting.

Almost had a 70 boss 302 for my first car back in 82. It got wrecked a week before I was supposed to get it. The guys brother wrapped it around a railroad crossing gate pole.

My dad had a green Mach 1 and I was only 8 or 9 but I remember that car well because I loved the foot shaped gas pedal lol he was always working on it which at that age I don't know if that was a good or bad thing lol man I wish I had that car I'm a chevy man but I can honestly say I would love a 70 Boss or Mach 1 this ride has alot of potential 🤌🏼✌🏽

Nice clone but the at.tranny and air cond. gave it away really fast. The real Boss 302's and 351's are underappreciated. The 429 gets the attention because of both it's rarity and the fact that is really fast!
Very informative, doesn’t look to like they are trying to hide stuff but $41000.00 ? I’d make an offer but less then the asking price by a bit. If Maple motors want to negotiate I’m willing.

love the car. For you car guys - what is that hollow rectangle "sub-frame?" that's mounted under the rear leaf springs? what's the point of that?

@@shittygitty71 they are old school 'traction bars' . used to stop the rear end from twisting under acceleration. stiffens the rear springs but really just looks cool. they probably do nothing on that car due to the fact that the tires would spin before the rear twists. mostly for looks i guess.
They are traction bars used to stop wheel hop under hard acceleration and they do work ran these on my 71 mustang with implanted boss 302
It was a band aid then .There are better solutions now.
I would put the 429 boss engine with a super charger or 429 ram jet engine

$42k to start. Another $ 35k in paint trim misc interior and mostly a dash gage rebuild as they are all so slow and probably not accurate and half the electronics. Equals a high price for a Ford and a clone to boot. One of those "what were ya thinking" cars.
Price is not bad. Try to find one that looks that good.

How the hell do you put Boss 302 graphics on a car with an automatic transmission? Every single Boss car had a 4 speed. Sacrilege!
