@@niche-pursuits Well, I would say that I "run in the circles" and so far we are all waiting in limbo :) Facebook is redoing all monetization programs (bonus, reels, stars etc) into one creator program that they plan to launch to everyone in the new year. Only some people who had bonus monetization before have been invited so far to switch to the new program. Hopefully the time will come for the rest of us soon.

My Facebook wall doesn’t look like that at all… I don’t see that many pages asking me to follow them, just my friends and groups I’m in and interact with…

@@niche-pursuits no the larger point is that it is not dying. Metas revenues are up insane amounts since this time last year. FB is crushing on all metrics. Content creators revenues are bigger than ever, there are more users than ever and content creators would not be making more if people were not on the platform more and looking at more content and ads.
Short videos and reels ruined every social media for me. I never use instgram. I Use facebook, but I never follow any page, groups, try not to watch any short video. It's okay for me.
You didnt mention most IMPORTANT thing. This is only for USA. Europe, and other countries don't have that option to get PAID !!
