The missing Superman figure I found walking along a country road near my house back in the 70’s and I still hav it to this day and I’ve added the other two figures

@@OpenByChance Yeah the oldest toy item I have since Christmas 1968 I was 4 yrs old in my blow mold SUPERMAN coin bank and I just gave him a new paint job a yrs back he’s in better shape than I am lol 😂 ,I may post a video with a little back story on him.

In my opinion u've got 2 types of crap. No 1 or the first type of Crap is crap that, is how shall we say, shit but because of certain aspects is actually really dope. No 2 are these.

Great to see a video about Chemtoys! Saw them at K-mart back then. I remember the chain breaking Superman with his fist sticking out of the package too. I still have the Batman figure I got back then at K-Mart. I was about 7 years old. Never saw a Robin. But got one off e-bay many years ago. Also, as you stated these were sold loose in a bin. In my small hometown, these were sold at our local 5 and Dime store. Only the Fat Albert figures. I still have my Rudy figure and my sister got Fat Albert. These were cheap toys, but lots of fun back in the day.
I had a handful of the Chemtoy figurines that came out of a countertop display from a local Woolworths in the 70s.
