The Christmas song is her own original.
She is one of the greatest thing I've ever heard.
And she's doing it all on her own. She is independent which makes it hard
I'm becoming more impressed by Courtney by the day ❤
Original von courtney❤❤
All of them are fantastic originals! Thanks
@@clintonshepard6107 I love them so much!
None of these are covers, they are true and pure Courtney creations. All have some video with them originally released. if you want to check them out. The videos are all good as well.
That's wild!
I LOVE IT!! Awesomeness overload!!! Anything worth doing is worth doing to excess!!!!🤪🥳🥳🥳 I suspect you will get contrary opinions and that's alright too.
Those are all originals. Christmas Rocks and Breakable were released in 2023 and Courtney Hadwin and Kevin Bowe wrote them, like the other 3 that year, That Girl Don't Live Here, Call Me Back and Monsters. Jagged was released last year and they had the help of Bowe's friend John Fields, who's also produced records for major recording stars like P!nk, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato.
Christmas Rocks is definitely my favorite. It will probably be toppled by one or more of the songs on her long awaited debut album. The snippets we've heard are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥‼‼‼ You're right about the sound levels on Breakable of course, but I even love the imperfections of musicians recording a live performance this way. I love the Metropolis version of Call Me Back with the same two band members even better than the official version. These versions of Jagged and Christmas Rocks are both extra special because neither has a great concept video like Breakable, That Girl Don't Live Here, and Monsters, so having these filled a void beautifully.
Thank you for all this! I enjoyed every second of it, great job!
Thank you veery much! Christmas Rocks reminds me a lot of Cleveland Rocks so I think that's why I assumed it was a cover lol I'm so impressed with Courtney!
Hi Sharki,
Ever since Courtney became an independent artist, in 2023, all of the songs she has released, are originals. She still sings covers but doesn't actually release them and usually it is her and her guitar.
I'm not sure if you ever heard Courtney sing without any instruments but she is as equally as good doing the songs with just her vocals, without backup.
I read one reactor say she is trying to be like Janis Joplin, but Courtney isn't anyone else nor does she try to be another artist, she truly is just herself and her brain has the ability to transform itself to produce an almost perfect mimic but it is Courtney that is in control and she decides how she will sing the songs and each time she sings the same song it is different in some way.
I don't know why she didn't win A.G.T, but she surly should have.
From Chris.
I totally agree with you! I was so disappointed she didn't win. I know she's going to go far, she's extraordinary.
Original by Courtney as the other live’s❤
Thank you! I didn't realize they were original, that's amazing!
The musicians are Courtney's own band, the one she will be touring with this year. This is the first time Courtney has been backed by musicians who work for her, rather than being hired by a producer or record label. And all of the songs in these live sessions are her own songs -- she writes all her own music these days in partnership with her producer, Kevin Bowe. She's not the little girl singing covers anymore. It's totally her show now.
@@Daniel-un5mp I love this for her. She deserves so much good
All three of these songs are 100% original Courtney songs, written in partnership with Kevin Bowe. They are all different genres, showing her amazing range. I can understand the confusion, especially with Christmas Rocks, but the song did not exist before 2023, even though it sounds like a Christmas standard.
Wow, I had no idea before today! That's really awesome. I think Christmas Rocks kinda reminded me of Cleveland Rocks so I think that may have been why I thought it was a cover. But I love these songs so much!!
@@Sharki_V I can understand that, being the theme song from That 70s Show, (if my memory serves me good, or could that be a different song altogether? Just found out, it is not, it was In The Street by Cheap Trick, LOL).
@@darrenbent7601 I think it was that Drew Carey show? I can't recall the name. But I've been thinking of this song all day today!
@@Sharki_V I think you are right there. I just came from the wiki page about the song. The song for the theme for the Drew Carey show was a cover of the original by a band called "The Presidents of the United States of America".
@@darrenbent7601 oh wow that's interesting! I didn't realize it was also a cover!
