Playing around with jet blast isn't fun. I was bringing a bunch of cargo in baggage carts back to our warehouse late on night. Air Canada was doing a post maintenance engine run up. I stopped when the watcher wave me to stop and waited. They throttled back and I guess the guy thought they were done. Got right behind the aircraft and she wound up again. Cargo blown all over the taxiway and onto Runway 32. Had half a dozen RCMP guys helping me find it all.
Don't be too harsh on the Norwegian pilots landing at Malaga @13 mins-there can often be difficult windshear on very short finals on RWY 31-take it from one who knows.

If you were there and looked at it with your eyes , it would look completely normal. Its only due to the shutter rate of the camera matching the rpm of the rotas does it appear to not be moving ..basically just a fun illusion

Can you imagine if the helicopters 1.21 gigawatt warp drive failed?... or if the anti-matter injectors got clogged?... or if the dilithium-crystals lost cohesion & the entire dilithium-matrix destabilized??? If *ANY* of those things happened, that helicopter would lose main propulsion and simply fall out of the sky. So if there's a failure (like the ones i listed above), the pilot could declare an emergency... fire up the impulse engines... get the top rotor spinning... stabilize flight (ie: stop the helicopter from nose-diving into the ground at 372mph)... regain control... land safely. Crisis averted. If the top rotor was folded away, it would take longer to deploy, in an emergency. It makes sense that the big prop isn't hidden. The mind boggles, doesn't it? It's truly a wonderous time to be alive!
