Btw, you’re using the wrong tornado for bursting. The tornado should be white. In the skills tab you can right click to have it auto rather than needing to down arrow + summon in order to have the proper one cast.
pf got two qol changes a bit back, you can now use curse enchant (earlier job skill) and use the left arrow to lock skills to burst mode, so you don't need to manually set burst mode anymore before barrier/relic also, the tornado has an alternative cast (either down arrow+skill or right click to command lock which is probably preferred) to condense the damage into a smaller window making it easier to hit and optimize damage with ab/ror general recommendation is to lock onto burst mode for bossing, deluge for mobbing, and to command lock tornado so it always empower casts when fury is active

are you ever supposed to use Acient Astra at any point? Im not sure if its useful
it's situational as it's good for long range/outside of burst, but I wouldn't use it as part of the burst as you lose damage
