Oh yeah, gotta bust some scraps from time to time. 😁 Yes, indeedy, I saved that gorgeous berry gift wrap, and I can’t wait to apply some of that particular tape to a project! Mahoosive hugs right back atcha! ❤️
What a great idea to add the double sided tear tape to the strips of paper. I do save and use up all the strips and scraps but have just been adding glue stick to it. This will be such a time saver and adding the sticky tape will make them readily available. Thanks so much for sharing this great idea. :)

Oh Cat just look at the colour on you’re desk, little bits that would be left behind made into beautiful tape. Love each and every one, the ripped edge, the doodle tip, the stunning purple flowers. Thank you for sharing and have fun using these.

I've been listening to audiobooks and missed this! I have been saving Panera bags as well as the sides of the DQ (Dairy Queen) bags. I think I need to go through some magazines again! I also have a box of various paper packaging and dictionary texts that have been sprayed with various Glimmer Mist colors. Maybe I'll make some tapes in the morning. Right now, it's 3:25 a.m., so time for sleep! TFS!

I got up this morning and raided my binder of cardstock scraps. Those pieces along the branding strips, or where a branding strip would be, except there's a hole in the middle 🤔! I've made probably 100 or more tapes today. Sometimes there are words, or even collection names, like hello Valentine or Christmas Wonderland that I made into tapes. Now I'm working on some book text which was spritzed with Glimmer Mist...more tapes! I also had tissue and some light packing paper that I used Glimmer Mist on, and I'm smoothing those out for use as is or possibly to receive some stamping. The hardest part was finding a box to put the tapes in! Thanks, Cat, for the inspiration to start making tapes! I'm inside on a snowy day and having so much fun!
I forgot to mention that I have my Panera bags cut up, though some of the white bags are holding other fodder.

@@CatHand yes, I have to do some painty papers and gelli prints, and look about for some gift wrap. I haven't finished with the scrapbook cardstock scraps yet. More than one session is called for.

I share your fondness of tissue box designs, such pretty colors, patterns. In fact the entire color scheme of my bathroom remodel was inspired by a box of Kleenex!!!🤣

Hello from a new Subscriber in Australia. I found your channel when I was looking for ideas for using tea bags, and then went looking..... Love your ideas. Just wanted to say that I've been playing with napkins and used some of the under ply (the left over white layers) and sprayed them with Distress sprays and did some stamping. Then I put them onto adhesive strips and cut them up. It worked really well. :-)

What kind of tape are you using? I really like the look of this tape. I write in a journal every Sunday and I stamp, draw, cut outs etc. It make my page so beautiful. These tapes would be fun to put on a page occasionally

Oh my word, I LOVE this video. I'm new to collage and I've learned so, so much from this video. Beautiful tapes, I would never have thought to do this. I'm never going to be able to look at flyers, mags, catalogues, even bills in envelopes, and packaging, in the same way, ever again! 😂 I recycle everything and hate to think of the stuff I've recycled over the years that would have been perfect for this. I'll be thinking twice before I discard anything now. You've shown me a totally new way to look at everything! 🤗 I soaked up every second of this video and your gorgeous papers and tapes.
