The moulds are BEAUTIFUL ❤❤❤❤ I love how shiny they are. I’d say a lot more then the Let’s Resin silicone. I’ll have to backtrack to find the video on how you made the masters. LOVE the shapes and the crystal edges. AMAZING JOB ❤❤❤❤
I didn't make a video on the masters Tammy. I'll add it to the massive list of videos to do, next time I design a new one. I didn't film it because it took weeks
Love both of the molds Tracey, especially the heart!! Your pieces look like abstract paintings, pretty cool!!! The smoky ones are beautiful as well. Great job on the molds, thanks for sharing -Beverly
Looks like a posh donut the round one. Love it in the smoked colour. Not sure what I would use it for with what I do, however the heart is absolutely gorgeous and no doubt will be in my stash soon. Great video as always. Xx
Wow, shocked at previous comment. Well. Just to balance it out, I absolutely love and adore these crystal coasters. I have literally just ordered two of the round ones. I’m now going to be like a child waiting for Father Xmas waiting for these gorgeous moulds to arrive. I plan to order the heart shaped ones as well in the near future. It’s been great watching all the work that goes into making these. I appreciate you showing us the process. Thanks from a new subscriber 🙏🌈🤗
Thanks for your order Karen, it's been posted out today. I have moulds all over the craft room at the moment lol. I know the makes aren't great in this video but the point was to demo the moulds, i think the previous commenter may have missed the point :)
Nor me really. it's just slightly bubblier on mix. but as it cures a little slower than I'm used to it has plenty of time for them to clear. It's really good stuff
I make an original by gluing crystals around it. then take a mould from that. cast from that, add more crystals and fine tune it, make a mould from that - in the case of these I repeated this process about 10 times on each till i got the original I wanted to make the moulds
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Beautiful molds! You have me laughing, I have to admit... with the piping bag 😅. Not judging, I still have a heck of a time with blooms. Everything has to be just perfect. Julie decants at 33-34 (fast cure) but Let's Resin epoxy should be about 38-40. All are different though. How do you remove the bubbles from silicone before it cures? DecorRum is a really great alcohol ink as well.
I think I am one of the few people who don’t really like blooms. No idea why I just generally find them really boring to watch and they seem to be the only thing some folk are interested in doing. I can appreciate the skill in them don’t get me wrong but they are just not for me. Your moulds as always are gorgeous Tracey have you ever shown how you make your originals and I missed it somehow ? Your videos are always so informative and fun too. Thank you for sharing so much with us ❤❤
@@miniscenesgb You’re right. I know she uses a 1:1 because it’s thicker for her blooms. And a thinner for deeper pours. I love your channel! I just set up my studio. It’s in a school bus. lol! You’ve inspired me to do a lot. 💜
Tracey are you sure that was alcohol ink and not the resin tint of lets resin ......on today's video Julie used DecoRom alcohol inks she said it was cheaper than the other name brands ...........now I like the outcome of your project looks like paint pouring beautiful molds 😊
It was alcohol ink. I should try the DecoRom ones but I have seen the ones like I use used too. It's just my general incompetence that's the issue I think :)
The main reason your inks didn't spread was because you let your clear resin get too thick before you added them but that's how we learn I'm sure most of us have done the same at some point 😊
They both came out beautiful! Great sharing Tracey! ❤
Thanks so much 😊 I now have the issue of the influx of orders for the m
oulds haha
@@miniscenesgb I can see that happening Tracey, the molds you made were fantastic!! 🥰
Love the appearance of the 2nd pour.
Thanks. I hope these were good enough to demo the new mould designs
Very pretty colours and great swirls who needs blooms with great swirls
Thank you! Cheers!
The new silicone you used made the molds really shiny! Very nice Tracey. I especially like the geo one great job on them. 💗
Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful molds Tracey. ❤❤

Love the moulds, Tracey. Great job ❤
Thanks so much! 😊
They came out great!!! The mounds are beautiful!!
Thanks. Takes forever for me to make the originals and get enough shine to make moulds from, so I was delighted when they came out ok

I like the doughnut one!
I think that's my fave too :)
Beautiful moulds ❤
They are! I have a special box for my collection of them. Special indeed
You get a yay from me they came out really nice, I love the geode in the colours best out of the two - but they’re both nice ❤
Thanks :) I think I achieved what I wanted in testing the moulds, was fun to so a couple of casts with them
Very nice work as usual 👍
Thanks a lot Jenner😊

Oh hunny.. you keep making all these new molds that I'm making a list of what I need to buy from your shop🤣
These are wonderful!!!
Glad you like them!
Love the smoky ones beautiful 😊
Thank you! that one probably showed the detail of the moulds better too I think
I LOVE this silicone. I've been using it for a while now and it is really good. Nice to see that you liked it as well!
It's so good!
They look very pretty Tracy the molds are so shiny I love them❤❤❤

Fab video 😊 I'm loving the mould lessons.
Glad you like them Loula! I'm going to do one on making 2 part moulds soon, and also the silicone putty
Your moulds are very sparkly, love them. Thank you Tracey x❤
Thanks so much 😊
I love the reveal on these pieces! Beautiful work!❤
Thank you so much!
❤
Thanks Tami
I love them both but I’m partial to heart shaped one. Thanks! 😊
Glad you like them :)
These came out great
Thanks took ages to get the originals how I wanted them but I was pleased in the nd
The moulds are great love the marble effect on the resin too but I think there's something about the clear heart that just feels much more expensive💛
I totally agree! I should have done the smoked effect in the first place
❤😊
Thanks Laura
Beautiful Tracey
Thank you! 😊
I love the Teexpert silicon. I have had no issues with bubbles.
Nor me really. it's just slightly bubblier on mix. but as it cures a little slower than I'm used to it has plenty of time for them to clear. It's really good stuff
@@miniscenesgb yes so true.
Tracy these are very pretty molds but I was wondering if the geode one could be used as a base for the into Resin mold crystals?
Probably, that's a great idea
They are pretty ❤ them. Can you plz tell me how you get the crystals around the mold when you use the silicone ❤
I make an original by gluing crystals around it. then take a mould from that. cast from that, add more crystals and fine tune it, make a mould from that - in the case of these I repeated this process about 10 times on each till i got the original I wanted to make the moulds
The back is pretty 🥰
It is rather isn't it Lisa. I should use that colour more now I know how nice it is
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

lol yes on all that. I don;t remove bubbles form silicone, rarely from resin either. it just does it on it's own
@@miniscenesgboh ok, good. I seen your Apex degas and I'm going to buy it next when i get through all what I have now. Can't wait lol

@@miniscenesgb thank you Tracey
I believe Pouring your heart out, she decants at 35 C. 🙂
Thanks, I wonder if it varies depending on resin brand though

Hi Tracey beautiful moulds 😍, your inks maybe didn't spread because the resin was to hot/ thick, still some great results thanks for sharing ❤❤❤ xxx
Hard to say. It was definitely too thick but my thermometer read cool. Maybe it varies from brand to brand what the ideal time is
@@miniscenesgb I never go with temp as its always different I think, I go more on time and feeling xxx
@@michelle_resinrebel yeh I'm sue you're right there Michelle x
I have tried teexpert but takes to long to cure! Are there anything that are quicker to cure.
Yes as I said in the video, the Let's Resin one that I usually use does. They are both excellent sillicones
Tracey are you sure that was alcohol ink and not the resin tint of lets resin ......on today's video Julie used DecoRom alcohol inks she said it was cheaper than the other name brands ...........now I like the outcome of your project looks like paint pouring beautiful molds 😊

The more pigmented the alcohol ink the less it will spread 😉
Ah interesting thank you

Ah yes though that maybe varies on the brand of resin? Not sure, I need to check that out too. Thanks!
