Why do people complain about this ride? Sure the original is better and want it back but this ride is fun and more upbeat but I prefer the original back

Maybe because figment is annoying?
I think the reason why people complain about Journey Into Imagination with Figment is that in this version Figment doesn’t retain his childlike sense of wonder, like he was in the original ride also he is very obnoxious and annoying in this ride version so I think that is why people complain about this ride and prefer the original
