@@IVORIESMAN Maybe blocked in certain 'territories' only, Joe - and YT have not properly notified you. I looked under the comments sections and it said "comments blocked"! Something odd happening with YT again it seems. Have had similar issues myself lately with 'low activity' for no apparrent reason. It's very frustrating and time consuming.
