Be careful, though, especially if your significant other is a narcissist! Yes, if you're superstring, you will grow, but the pain (emotional, spiritual, and mental) can be unbearable. It's like overdosing - taking a dozen pills when your doctor prescribed one. It's self-defeating. Some people won't be able to hang from the thorns long enough to learn much!

Emotional Intelligence or EQ, is about choosing not to give into the whims of your ego and thereby giving your power away to another person, in any given situation. Maintaining a healthy balance in all aspects of life, as you determine and by living and staying present in the moment. To engage in the discovery and experience of the essence, of who you truly are. Peaceful and abundant living. now.

I made it to perfection. ☺ also I fell for exercise, nothing fills me up with happy hormones like the gym. Go inside to that emptiness, find your inner child, talk to him. It changes you in time . So would my focus only on me be considered Immature. I mean I don’t think im superior to anyone else and I will help depending if it’s part of the job our if there is something in it for me in return. My family says that I lack empathy sometimes but I don’t lack it per say I just more our so avoid any sort of feeling of compassion towards other people because I don’t want any sort of attachments to them.
