Maggie I just want to thank you for this video. I was so stressed out about taking my real estate exam. I took all of your advice and applied it. But the thing that actually hit home with me was.....visualize myself as a real estate agent. I even went as far as buying a cool suit. The night before I took the test I was studying and I stopped and said... 'I know what I know. I'm not gonna learn anything new tonight". Then I closed my laptop and went to bed. I had studied everything I was supposed to and took some of your tips. I got up the next morning and I said it again!! I walked out of the test center that afternoon with a PASSING score!!! First time and now I never have to take it again. Wishing all of you the best!! Go knock that test out the box!!
This is an amazing story! Thank you for sharing this. I am tears of joy. How cute of you to even buy a suit. I love it!!! Way to go and congratulations on passing your exam 👏👏 I’m so proud of you and happy to hear this news. You’re going to be an awesome agent. I can tell already. Best of luck to you and thank you so much for your support 🤓🫶
Thank you for this video. Looking up my state candidate information booklet has some GREAAT information.I. have a question, if you can answer. I understand the entire exam have two parts, National and State. If I pass the State and fail the National, when I go back to retest, will I have to retake the portion I've passed or only the portion I failed under the next attempt to pass? I hope my question make sense.
Thank you! That’s a great resource to have. 🤓 As far as the exam. It varies by state. Here’s a link I think can help you check your state rules: realestateu.com/faqs/real-estate-license/take-exam/how-many-times-can-you-take-the-real-estate-exam/
I believe it is the latest and it should be just fine to study with. Concepts you need to know do not change much year to year so you should be good. Best of luck!
Also, if a seller tell you that he only wants cash offers, or a specific type of offer, should you only show them h the type they want to see or all offers?
@@zackallen2392 you must present all offers always. Seller can tell you what they want (make sure it’s in writing) and then reflect that on the MLS listing
Hi! I recently started following your channel and I wanted to tell you that you helped me tremendously! I passed both the national and state portions today! Thank you thank you thank you!!
Great info‼️ Thank you! I’m scheduled to take my test on the 9th of February and I don’t feel ready at all! I keep pushing the test back and I no longer want to do that! Im so glad, that I found your page!
Thank you. Just get in there and face your fears. Make sure to find your states candidate handbook to see what sections to concentrate on most. Good luck and keep me posted! 🤓🫶

Is an agent responsible for looking over the selling disclosure form for accuracy? Or just ensuring that the buyer got it?
Also, if a seller tell you that he only wants cash offers, or a specific type of offer, should you only show them h the type they want to see or all offers?
Yes! Absolutely. You’re responsible for everything in the transaction.
