So good to see you, Beth- and super that George is so taken with his home with his beloved family. I’m delighted to see you once again in your airy and spacious kitchen! Good thing you have that American fridge! Been going back in your playlists over the years while waiting for you. I am excited to see how your channel evolves and the recipes are influenced by your life en France!
Oh yes the American fridge does come in handy! Ha! Excited to spend my first fall here and share some cozy, comforting recipes now that I'll actually be living through a REAL fall! Ha!
Sounds like it was a rainy day when you filmed this! I love that your daughter is involved in your channel. So sweet! Panna Cotta is one of my favorite desserts.
Beth, George, and the camara lady were super fun to watch.😂 Not to mention that delicious looking dessert. I'm glad you all made it safely to France. You're still my fav Beth. Happy for all of you! 💕
Hooray, I clicked so fast! I've missed your cooking sessions and I'm looking forward to shopping in France. I can see George is in heaven. I wish I had a friend with a mother like you cooking. You'd never get rid of me.
This is going to be a wonderfully fun adventure, as we are all experiencing France vicariously through Beth. Good food, shopping, and beautiful scenery! Thank you for sharing your journey with us. George is just SO sweet!🤗. Glad he's happy in his new home.
Dear Beth, I'm so happy for you for this big step you made. I give you credit I wish you nothing, but HAPPINESS in ur new home, life e.t.c..... Thank u for continuing 💓 cooking for us. Ur greek friend from usa. Lolol
Hi Ms. Beth I’m so happy to see update vlogs on your France home 😊❤️ your house design is my inspiration on our future house build. I like the ideas entering the house in the middle see the kitchen first then the entire living area to the right then left is going to to the bedroom.
Looking forward to watching your new life in France! I hope you were able to bring some of your beautiful dishes and special pieces from your home in LA with you 😊
Beth it is lovely to see you so happy in your home💗 in France. So pleased to know you all arrived safe and well... Best wishes to you and your family from Brisbane Down Under 🦘 xx
Aww thank you! I know it may not be the right season for this recipe for you all right now but it would be a great one once those temperatures start to climb :) and topped with your lovely passion fruits too!
Yay, Beth! So thrilled to see you in your new setting! Loved that we could hear your daughter chuckling throughout- she does a great job with filming! The dessert looks amazing. Can’t wait to give it a try!❤
I have loved your French kitchen since you guys moved into the house, so very happy to see it again!!!! I know all of you were relieved George is safely with you again. He looks happy. I'm looking forward to all the new videos❤❤❤.
This looks so good! I've added to my list of new desserts to try. Here's to many more new adventures in France. So glad George is doing well. He seems pretty content. Ah, what a wonderful life he lives with his human family. There are days I would love to trade places with him.
I find the European way of life is not what am used to but we try. May you have health happiness and lots of good times in your French home. Dog looks happy 😊 ❤
How exciting. Hope you settle in well. I would love to see a video on how to host a small informal dinner (or french bbq). What do people in France expect etc. It is always interesting to see how other countries do it 😊
Glad to hear and see that you all made it safely to France, and Georgie looks fantastic! I think France agrees with him. I have never had rhubarb, but that dessert looks delicous. 🥰
Beth, your summer dessert recipes look absolutely beautiful, and so are you, my friend. Have you ever thought of doing an eggnog cheesecake with a gingerbread crust?
Yippee...I've been looking forward to you posting from France. It's hard to explain how excited I get when I see your French videos. I just really love everything french. That dessert looks amazing and quite simple. Maybe I'll surprise my family 😅😅😅😅😅...love you Beth. Bonne chance ❤❤❤
Well, I'm seriously late to the party! 😂😂 So happy everybody arrived safely, including George! ❤ He's really moving around and looks happy as a clam! So good to see you settled into your now-permanent home in France. No more pining for the one month summer trip. We get Beth in France year round now! 🎉 You look beautiful and your camera girl seems to be in high spirits. George is sold on life in France and, though we couldn't see your hubby, he must be excited to be "home" again. Your older daughter must be so excited about her new life in Italy, too! What a happy band of adventurers you are! 🇫🇷💙🤍❤️🇫🇷
When will we get a tour of the new house? I'm dying to see it. Thanks for the recipe. I have always loved French food, so I hope you will video many French recipes the original way they were created in France.
You are really in your element Beth. George too! I've made panna cotta only once and it came out great so I may have to make it again now that berries are in abundance. Looking forward to more videos. Someday I will visit France. On my bucket list
So glad you are already settled and back to posting. Hope the girls love it as much as you and your husband. Enjoy your new chapter and all the magic it holds.
You give the best tips and can’t wait for your next video, shopping the French grocery store as we will be in Paris for two days in November & I always shop in grocery stores when we travel abroad.
I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering if you were settled in to your new home in France yet. SO good to see you in your French kitchen!
Hi, Beth, glad to see you back! I did post a comment to you quite a time ago, because I've lived in France for 20 years, and have never found a substitute for what we call double cream in the UK, and heavy cream in America. The crème liquide you mention is single cream, and the only way you can whip it to volume is by adding a sachet of crème Chantilly, so it can't be used in savoury dishes, only in puddings. Haven't found granulated sugar either, only an extremely fine sugar equivalent to caster sugar in the UK. We had several different types of both cream and sugar in the UK, which they don't seem to have in France, so it will be interesting to see if you find the same with American products.
Hi Beth, so good to see in France and all settled in. I cannot wait for you to host those parties and show us. Also, I know this is a cooking channel, but if you can do one about your move to France, tips, do’ and don’ts that would be great as some of us are planning to move to other countries in the future and would like to know from you as you recently moved, what tips you can give us and how did you send your furniture overseas. Thank you in advance and many blessings to you and your family from LA.🙏🥰
Just catching up Beth. I was so happy to hear you were moving to France permanently. Your French videos are wonderful and my favourite. George looks so happy, and how wonderful is it that he can just come and go as he pleases!
Thank you for another video! I have been thinking of you and your family often, glad you are settled. Looking forward to the next video were you go groceries shopping. Can you include American prices when you mention how much things cost? The panna cotta looks delicious!
Hi Beth, what a great video! I absolutely love what you made. Cannot wait to see more beautiful video and learn new recipes in your French kitchen. Bonjour 😊from blistering hot Florida.
Absolutely loved this episode…in France…the recipe, I feel like I’m there with you! I’m eagerly awaiting this, your new French adventure, Beth❣️Merci from Florida!
Hello Beth. SO happy to hear George is doing well in his new home. I have never made Panna Cotta before but will be trying it now! How wonderful would this be for the holidays? YUM! Anything white and red screams Christmas to me. :). Thank you ~ made my day having you come to us from France. XO
Look delicious! So glad you shared the tip to just leave it a big container to scoop it into pretty dishes later because my fridge real estate is too maxed out to have a tray of lovely little dishes in it. I do the same with other desserts like mousse or puddings but I was afraid of Panna Cotta. Good to hear everyone made it ok including George. He seems pretty happy to have a nap spot under the tree.
I also made Vanilla Panna Cotta today, they are chilling in the fridge. But I've never made homemade raspberry sauce or coulis,I definitely have to try it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🥛🍓🍰🍮
I first found you years ago looking for a Halloween dinner when you were on Kin, and I couldn’t believe how great everything turned out! I’ve been watching you religiously since then and my husband always loves when I use your recipes. It’s been a pleasure watching your journeys and life changes these past few years! Cheers from Tennessee! :)
Cheers to your new chapter, Beth!! Thank you for the George update and this heart recipe. I haven't tried this before, but it's definitely easier than creme brulee. Can't wait to try this one. 😊
I'm so glad George is doing well and you and the rest of your family too. I love your French home. I'm excited to see more videos. I've never cooked with rhubarb but I will probably try this, it seems easy and delicious.
So glad to see ur first video after leaving LA to live in France😍♥️it has been warm in Chicago and I do have rhubarb. Tomorrow I’ll make this lovely dessert 😊
Love that you made it to France safely and the permanent move. Will you be cooking with some senior French residents in their own kitchens and maybe in the smaller countryside? I love some of the Italian chef shows on cable that visit with the local residents and their cooking experience. Congrats on your new life and much success!
So excited for a new video and for everyone's safe arrival! I have a bunch of rhubarb sitting in my fridge, so I may have to try this recipe or something similar.
Happy for you and your family!! Plus George! This would be great for my Sunday family dinner I definitely get in a dessert for a crowd rut. Happy for your new camera lady too! lol

Euros are almost on par with USD. Usually the € is worth slightly more than the $ so when you hear a Euro, just add a dime or so and you'll be close.
So lovely to see you (and George❤) again.
