    The entire time watching this I was just imagining the deep flavors of her delicious breads. I have oatmeal bread downstairs so I'd LOVE to try hers! Also, I love that you ask employees what their favorite bread is! That's unique to this channel and I hope you keep it because it really helps to understand the bread even more and it's endearing to see the personal sides of these hard workers. Another great video JBM, keep up the good work!!!

    ((((( I came across your video by chance and I must say all my respects for your know-how, I have already watched a video and I am very happy for you, I had worked in this profession now I am 72 years old but I had worked on something else because my back was too bad to lift 50 kg bags of flour .... I admire you and wish you lots of happiness .... I am in the east of France not far from strasbourg ..... i find that you work better than some bakers from us, bravo !!!! and especially the cream buns!!!! 👍🤗)))))
