The entire time watching this I was just imagining the deep flavors of her delicious breads. I have oatmeal bread downstairs so I'd LOVE to try hers! Also, I love that you ask employees what their favorite bread is! That's unique to this channel and I hope you keep it because it really helps to understand the bread even more and it's endearing to see the personal sides of these hard workers. ((((( I came across your video by chance and I must say all my respects for your know-how, I have already watched a video and I am very happy for you, I had worked in this profession now I am 72 years old but I had worked on something else because my back was too bad to lift 50 kg bags of flour .... I admire you and wish you lots of happiness .... I am in the east of France not far from strasbourg ..... i find that you work better than some bakers from us, bravo !!!! and especially the cream buns!!!! 👍🤗)))))
