Leave it for us we like it so disgusting like that,I'm in Owerri for a visit why I'm using Owerri as an example is bc it has been a state capital for years,and what I'm seeing is very pathetic her roads even the roads leading to their government house,if it rains it use to be impassable bc of flood water and commuters will be hiking the transport fares
Abakaliki is far better than most state capitals especially in the south east
