Very cool. I have a black Warren Ellis electric tenor guitar and I love it. Tenor guitars are my sweet spot and I play rock, reggae, pop, R&B, etc., in Chicago tuning. I wish more musicians were aware about Tenor guitars becaue it could be another solution to especially the 90% of beginners who quit learning guitar in the first 3 months to 1 year.
King Crimson Meister Robert Fripp has been playing a fifths-based tuning for over 30 years now. He sets up a regular guitar to be C G D A E G, low to high. The top string is a flyer, but the low five are in a standard 5ths tuning. As are violins, mandolins, violas, mandocelloes, octave mandolins, etc. This DOES lead you down different paths. If you got more guitars than money, well....
Are they Belcat pick ups ? That's what my luthier thinks. I have added a Seymour Duncan Minibucker Seymourized on my tenorbaritone, with a splitter switch, sounds great !
I checked this out because I have an Eastwood Astrojet that I can't play because the neck is too small, and the frets are too close. I was told that I should investigate the Warren Ellis model. The neck looks wider, and the frets look more spaced, but what does it sound like totally distorted, and what's a ball park figure these go for?
I'm right-handed and I play left-handed I have this in left-handed I painted mine blue and kept the pick guard red I play lots of Kurt Cobain stuff style on mine
Buddyholly, you are like Jimi Hendrix, he was right handed ( see when he was signing autographs) , but he was playing like a lefty, .....with a right handed Stratocaster with left handed strings..... 👍🎸
Yeah, Eastwood put quite a margin on their guitars. To be fair though, they make quite a lot of odd instruments that probably aren't sold in huge quantities so it makes sense that they have to price them higher.

Sweet. Looks kind of like a Fender Mustang.
I buy this slam korg miku and boss synth pedal with ambient reverb
Interesting to note Warren only specified one pickup. The Humbucker was added for commercial purposes.

He's the guy in a David Lynch series you think killed the girl but is just plain odd
tunning?????
It's probablytuned DGBE like the 4 bottom strings of a guitar but some musicians tune tenor guitars differently.
Wow, that's one pricey Chinese built guitar. Baffling.
