    Very good. We have the solution, and it's the customer that should tell us why they really want to change. Because for us to make the solution a reality we need them to want to change, so it's our duty to help them relive the pain of their problems and what that is causing them to lose. As soon as I feel like they are putting me in a spot of me being dependent on them, I step back and I take back the control. For example where they ask me to convince them by telling me what I do etc etc, I'm not trying to pitch myself, I am trying to understand THEM, and me pitching my company is going in the way for any understanding of their situation.

    I was looking at your NEPQ black book manual advertisement and from the look of the book it looks like a big fat thick binder book with hundreds and hundreds of pages, ( the one you were holding in your hands )but then when I see the printed advertisement for it, it says is has 57 pages, please explain :) ??... I also noticed the $ 27.00 price and the of course the " typical" UPSELL to $ 47.00 dollars.. Once I give my info, are you going to email me with ANOTHER upsell??.. Like the rest do ?
